What should Magic Mountain do with its woodies?

Why does it have to be that two of the very best parks in the country have to have such a poor selection of woodies?

I guess you hadnt heard the news about Holiday World buying new PTC trains for The Legend huh? The coaster was already one of the best in the world and they made this change to further please their guests (e.g. enthusiasts). But really, I understand your point.

True....... Sadly, the corporate world of Six Flags will probably never 'see the light,' as it were, but they are responsible for bringing some one of a kind coasters out to the masses. We can only pray for a CCI or GCI at an SF park.

Ooooooooooooo ouch! I agree that Psyclone is a good ride, with emphasis on good, but not great. Better than the original? Sounds like you have been riding Psyclone too much = brain damage ;)

WOW, don't hold back there, Imaginear...good for nothing but nostalgia...wow! If anyone with little/no sense of humor reads that, you will be CRUCIFIED. After riding the original, there are NO Cy-clones which hold a candle to the Baker-Keenan creation of delight (note: haven't ridden Viper at SFGAm). Yes, there is a TON of nostalgia surrounding the ride, but there is also one kick-butt ride there, too. Speed, laterals, airtime, everything. As for Psy-clone, pass out psy-chedelics in line so noone *knows* how poorly it's maintained...just an option!
