What has happened to Coasterbuzz?

Yeah, I saw I broke the "record" so to speak. Woo me! ;) Anyways, any winners yet? This is all just enough for Jeff to ban me for life as it is.... just as long as I don't mention a certain uplifting ride anymore, I can at least still remain a charter member of the CPG!

"Let's do the time warp again..."

Sorry, had to say it. I haven't seen Rocky Horror in YEARS. When I was an undergrad at CMU we'd go see it at the King's Court theater, which was smack-dab in the middle of the Pitt campus. That has since become the Beehive, then closed down, and is now god-knows-what.

I really don't remember much of the audience interaction anymore, other than throwing toast. And maybe hot dogs?

Growing up in NYC Greg, I painfully have to admit being one of those people who saw Rocky Horror a gazillion times and yes, even particiated in the "floor show" many a times. There was just something about Tim Curry in fishnets! ;)
Anyway the answer to your question of what was thrown:
Rice, water, toilet paper and toast

It's all about getting around the barrels or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and still looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that? :)

just for the record...

I know he knew, though he didn't know I knew he knew. Unless of course he knew I knew he knew, in which case I didn't know he knew I knew he knew.

clear now? (yes, I am a gator ripoff)

This thread now has more posts than that DDR BUG thread. Just thought I'd mention it and get my name in this mess

MarimbaGuy87 saidNot saying CalvinJ23 is wrong, but dictionary.com says a Bluejacket is a person enlisted in the American or British Navy; a sailor.

Just a little tidbit of useless info: There is also a Bluejacket, OK- with a whopping 175 person population. :-)

The Phoenix is Fun

Oh, wow. One of my best firends while I was in the Army was one of the aformentioned 175 persons!! The Town is between Miami and Vinita, in the far northeast corner of the state.

One evening Jimmy came to my room about 830 asking me to help him drive there overnight cause his girl friend was having a really bad week, and he was afraid that he would fall asleep driving by himself. My next trip there was to the wedding!

Thank you, Jo. I remember all of the above now.

Rocky Horror is on DVD now, but I can't imagine watching it at home to be NEARLY as much fun as seeing it in an old sticky theater where people down front are acting it out... ;)

Deprived? With Grand National, Nemesis, Air, wooden wild mice, Waltzers, Megaphobia in Wales -- hardly deprived. :)

Welcome aboard.

The last time I got to actually HEAR a British acent from a real live Brit....standing in line for Pteranodon Flyers....w00t! Sorry, AA, but I definitely prefer it live, not Memorex or even typewritten....;)

I cannot be ripped off, since I really don't believe in the concept of *original thought*...really....I do take it as a compliment when someone finds something of "mine" to be quotable though...Of course, Brent would be the first to remind you that it's hard to quote anything from the buzz WITHOUT quoting me...

Jill just told me *What happened to Coasterbuzz*, so I thought I'd share....SHE says that, due to all the joking and *tomfoolery* (now CB features 25% more, get it while it's hot) that it evolved over time from a message boards about coasters, parks etc. into a community....(her words not mine, well except for the added tomfoolery part)....;)

Coasterbuzz, now with 25% more tomfoolery and half the fat. (although assfat seems to be on the rise).

Syntax...Few people I know quote "Tommy Boy". "RT, I think I found the problem. This shipment is going to Columbus which only takes one day, but you have it marked down for two. That's because it's going to Colombus Georgia, not Columbus Ohio. See those letters next to the city...that's called a state. What else you got wonder boy? Why don't you go back to college another 7 years and study a globe"

And the movie was even centered around Sandusky.

What would Brian Boytano do?
