Offseason Offseason what shall I do? Who cares the sun is still shining the sky is still blue! GET A LIFE!
College: The best eight years of my life.
I wonder how many people have said they'd leave, only to show up. By my count we're up to 3 in this thread.

I'm sorry - but I have to agree with this a little bit. If we could all just worry about saying what we needed to say and not how 'wrong' other people are then we would have no closed topics, no people being flamed, and no 20 page-long threads about pointless fluff! There has been one too many of people like M and M who are too afraid to come back and post here at Coasterbuzz in fear of being flamed or rejected, and other examples (CPNut) keep changing their name to see if they can get a clean slate and start fresh to get accepted on this site (and it's hilarious when we keep busting them ;)).
AA, that's part of *the plan*....
dm, yes, SOME of us *do* recognize RHPS....
and Bob, keep those Red Dwarf references coming....
Cat: "Mermaids...with a fish on bottom and a woman on top? Man, that's the STUPID way....." Kryten, Cat, Kochanski, Dave, and the *Smeehee*, Arnold Rimmer .....I miss Red Dwarf....;(
edit: RJ...all they really NEED to do is to STOP coming back with a new SN just to say how mistreated they are....really.
Word of advice: *Don't* bring a persecution complex to an online forum....Rodney King didn't bring nightsticks TO the police...;). We here at C'buzz CAN all get along, and we DO, but throwing yourself to the curb kicking and screaming...that's just GONNA draw a crowd of onlookers....

hmm...musing...rocky would make an excellent post SRM party..ending at midnight and all...wonder if we could round up a cast of CBers...i could do Magenta...i've got the hair...Moosh would no doubt be an excellent Frank but apparently would rather go to a wedding in mexico...danny and brent would have to be the sacrificial virgins...and really, any of the CPG could be Brad Majors because, as the CB community has been reminded many times...you're all as*holes ;)

edit: I think we should go all "out" for this enthusiast reproduction and merge Rocky Horror with Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (Terence Stamp for you nasai!!). What a drag! Now that would be quite a show!
-Danny, who just wants to see the interpretation of Ms. *ping pong ball shooter* from Priscilla! :)

I went to my first hockey game in, well, maybe ever, but I'm not sure. Did you know Cleveland had a hockey team? Yeah, apparently no one else does either. There might have been a thousand people in Gund Arena.
Of course, they only give out free Taco Bell Chalupas if the score goes over 100, and you know that never happens in hockey. ;)
The Barons won though, kicked ass in the third inning with three fog horns.

Well, Jeff, you know we have an NHL team here in Columbus. Sure, they're not great, but they have a nice arena to play in (still haven't quite figured out what the heck a Bluejacket is though...)
Jim - who knows that Cleveland does have an NFL franchise, but our college football team can beat up your pro football team! :)

The Phoenix is Fun.
Jimmybob, here's what it means
History Behind the Name: The Blue Jackets name pays homage to Ohio's contributions to American history and the great pride and patriotism exhibited by its citizens, especially during the Civil War as both the state of Ohio and the city of Columbus were significantly influential on the Union Army. Ohio contributed more of its population to the Union Army than any other state, while many of the uniforms worn by the Union soldiers were manufactured in Columbus
Edit: you can read more right on there offical site: http://www.bluejackets.com/news/blu_history.php

Not saying CalvinJ23 is wrong, but dictionary.com says a Bluejacket is a person enlisted in the American or British Navy; a sailor.
Just a little tidbit of useless info: There is also a Bluejacket, OK- with a whopping 175 person population. :-)

The Phoenix is Fun.
I don't really deserve such an honor, but I will take the 800th post right here. :)
Blue Jackets? I'll stick with the Mighty Ducks, the true definition of mediocrity (though they have a shot at the playoffs).
But enough about hockey, I'm still happy about the Angels winning the World Series!
