To those looking forward to the Knott's 2004 Raptor-Talon inversion machine, how sound is the Screamscape rumor entry that it won't happen until 2005 now because they're having problems relocating the church inside the park?
Well, lets see... The coaster will come before 2005, but not as early as anticipated. If what I hear is true, we'll have another holiday season gift from Knotts!
As for the church, it won't be inside the park when all is said and done.
Oh yes... but this little coaster won't be the only new thing at Knott's next season. ;)

The Trip: CP, SFWoA, PKI, KW, HW, IB, SFGAm, MiA and LeSourdsville too.
8 Days- 10 parks. May 2003
PKI- mention something about a new show.
SFWOA- Hopefully a hyper for next year. again a new thrilling flat ride like a huss frisbee would be nice.....
( I REALLY loved Delrium at PKI )

I personally am looking forward to SFWoA and CP. Despite the fact people think they wont get anything big I think that they have something ready to just blow away SFMM in the coaster count, mostly because noone has ever really competed with CP in this record, so I think CP will want to show that they are the true owneers of the coaster title. And for SFWoA i am qurious to see if they get a hyper if so what kind (even though i highly doubt it i wouldnt mind seeing a 4-d *not a clone of X*), or an intamin like SROS
You'd be lucky if any of the following things happen -
1) If any Fourth Dimension the size of X gets built there.
2) If another Fourth Dimension gets built at all.

I'm also wondering if the IMAX theater equipment is at the end of a 20-year lease of some kind. It seems curious that there's this theater in Italy being built with the exact capacity as the VF facility scheduled to open in June of 2004. Might the projection equipment be on its way overseas next year?
And might excavation of the area next to the log flume, the demolition of the IMAX and the relocation of the looping starship yield enough room for...a WAVEPOOL?
Again, I'm pulling this straight out of thin air. VF might just get a couple more 'attractions' for '04 instead, tho heaven only knows where they'd cram them.

I probably most interested in what my local parks are going to do next year. If SFMM announces coaster #17 -- and no other improvements -- I may have to just boycott the park next year I'd be so mad.
Oh boo hoo.
I hope WOF and SFStL both get something good to go along with whatever SDC gets.

CLP announcing they are going to open,
SFWOA announcing that the're lines will actually move in 2004.
I wouldn't be suprised if SFMM or CP try to sneak a coaster in with a late announcment, but I would think it would be financially practical considering the amount of $$ they spent on coasters since 2000.
But my all time dream announcment would be CP announcing Mean Streak is going to be replaced by a real coaster and not an oversized imitation.
Anyone with an ounce of common sense can understand that [which explains kRaXle's three word response].
