0-82 in 1.8 seconds, Dragster will take more then 2 times as long to get less then 2 times that speed. Not to mention Hypersonic's launch track is only about 150 feet.

i'm going to cedar point on may 10th, and i just wanted to make sure: is Dragster going to be open by then? cause if not i'll move the dates of my trip to whenevr it opens.

Yes, it will be open by may 10th. well, it should be... it could always have problems like Xcel and not be open a ton during it's first few months (but we're all praying that doesn't happen)

Xcelerator is FINALLY outgrowing its extreme downtime. I wonder if its because 1 train operation or not (they currently have 1 train running because the other is changing colors and being rehabed, and is about to be completed).

Keep in mind that Intamin is not an american company and Morgan is not Japanese so "we" didn't fry the "Japanese" its more like Intamin fried Morgan

Wow!! Those are absolutely incredible. How did you get those? Anyways, the train looks like it really rotates fast on the "up side" of the tower, and the train was really hauling in the first rollback video on the way back down the launch track! May 4th, can't wait!

was it just me, or was that thing crawling over the tophat? i really hope that was intentional....all that speed and height, itd be nice to get a Hypersonic-esque airtime pop at the top:) im sure it will get faster though....
