Six Flags, the only chain of parks that can manage to have stacking with a one train operation.
Steelraptor, I goofed when I said about six weeks. I looked at Cedar Points old news and it was mid November when they announced WT, so it will be 8 to 10 weeks.
Someone asked if the ride would be 2 minutes long. That would be over 3 miles of track at 100 mph. It will probably be well under a minute. MF is about a minute from the top of the lift hill to the station and this will have no lift hill. A short ride time wise may be what Jeff ment when he said we would not like part of it.

The worst day at Cedar Point is better than the best day at work.

I don't think it will be a clone of Xcelerator. I just don't see CP having rides that are cloned unless they are the first to build it and then it is cloned after that.
"Technically" it’s not a "clone" if there are variances in height.........................

Hey MFManiac, PLEASE read the rest of this post before posting! T-411 was the 'code number' for Millennium Force. It obviously has nothing to do with it's height. The code number T-452 has a 99% chance of having nothing to do with Dragster's height either.
I'm not sure if I buy into the "all over the park" launched coaster theory. Cedar Point is more known for having smaller, compact layout coasters that can pack a punch (Raptor, Mantis).

First off, long time reader, new member.
I beleive that any coaster that CP gets will be good. Not for the fact of the records broken, though that would be nice to have the records again, but for another unique ride that some other park will not have for a while.
I think that we should not dig to deep into the hints that Jeff has given us, but thank him for the info that he is alowed to leak to us. I say we take these ideas and use more common sense and think about what he has stated for we are not all scientists to figure the clues out, though some people have given us very good ideas of what it would take to make this coaster a record breaker.
If I got the money, my wife and I will make our annual wedding anniversary trip to CP to see what is going on and make my own conclusions.

No offense but I don't really consider Raptor or Mantis to be "compact" Yes they do pack a punch but they use up more land than some people think.

An bunny hill would have to be 150 feet just to keep the G's in a safe range.
Not true... it could be any height... but the shorter the bunny-hop, the longer and more stretched out and "gentle-sloped" it'd have to be.
