track sighted at Cedar Point!!

The red and yellow paint seems to indicate some type of racing theme........ Hotrods tend to have some type of flame decals on them or something of that nature. The white is probably something to do with the station theme.

I do not think that CP will break the 400 mark because dont they have hieght regulations tat they have to follow?¿?

Charlie, there are no height restrictions for Cedar Point. Any project taller than a specified height has to go through a case review with the FAA. These are handled on a case by case basis, and there is no absolute limit.

Sandusky didn't seem to mind several large coasters being put up and one large drop ride.

Wow, I'm surprised some of you have no idea what its gonna be! I'll say at least one of you was right. I'll also say CP put in some of the footers when they put in MF and then covered them up. Other than that I'm bound to keep it quiet. Good Luck!

For all we know it would be a Copy of my NL Coaster USA Gold (http://www.coastergames.net/file.php?id=3102). So far it seems to have the same color scheme. I really thinking its gonna be a tera rocket coaster still. I wonder why CP is deciding to build another non looping coaster?

Whoa I'm the 88984594th Vistor to Coasterbuzz. I wonder what I have won.

What would you rather have, A looping coaster... or a 400 foot monster tera coaster?

I miss Melanie.

You know, some folks have joked about CP stealing WOA's hyper, but there may be some truth to it. We know WOA got a variance for building a hyper, but the park wasn't mentioned as getting a major attraction next year when SF made their financial announcements last week. Could be, they figured there was no point sinking money into a hyper when it was going to be trumped soundly by the competition.

I think they'll call it Molybdenum Force so A) Enthusiasts can call it Molly and B) The folks who have trouble spelling Millennium correctly will really have fun with it.

Why not both? A 400ft Teralooper? Ok, we can dream can we? :)

It's been almost confirmed that the tophat will be red, white, and blue. Besides... when was the track colors at Cedar Point and indication of the ride themeing? OMG~~ THE FOrCE IS BLUE THaT MUST HAVE smoething to due WITH the OCEAN.!! Um.. no. It's too early to tell what, if any, theme this new ride will have.

I could care less if this thing is a record breaker. I actually would really like to see one of the Intamin twister coasters, like Expedition GE Force.

Now that would be a slap in the face for S&S. ;)

Well, if it's over 400 feet, I just hope Intamin comes up with a cool trade name for it, because I HATE "teracoaster." I hate gigacoaster too - wouldn't that be 1,000 feet? Or more?

If you guys remember an old Wired article about the Thrust Air 2k, Cedar Fair reps were at S&S. I am pretty sure they were looking for a fast launch coaster.

Taipan, the fact that it is an Intamin is already a slap in the face for S&S in a way.

Steal it? How do you steal a ride that was designed for a specific footprint of land, with signed contracts?

NITRO ~ The most EXPLOSIVE coaster on the planet!
Im not opinionated, im just always RIGHT!

To me, a 400 foot coaster should be called a Quadra-Coaster, since quadra generally means something involving the number 4. For the record though, giga-coaster is a cool name, IMO.

Especially since I said that as a complete joke and with heavy sarcasm. Now it is slowly developing into a full-fledged rumor. Stop it now !!
