I came out from California a few weeks ago and got 3 rides. I would have been happy with 1, and though I would have been very dissapointed if it wasn't open, I would still have had a good time at the park.
I consider myself VERY lucky that I went when I did (same time as Matt above) and got my 6 rides in 3 days. I was expecting MAYBE ONE ride during my visit.
I learned about coaster vacation problems with X. I planned my trip in Nov of 2001, hoping it would be open by then. A ride that was supposed to be open months earlier was testing over and over, and didn't end up opening to the public for another 2 months.
Dragster has been down for less than 2 weeks, and everyone is acting like it's the end of the world. If this was a Six Flags park, you would have already expected not to ride it and wouldn't be complaining.
