Yes good point. I failed to realize that he had not even visited the park! That's what I get for skimming through the thread. My bad... Anyway, back on topic. I'd like to see HW get some new wood. The more wood the better!

I agree Homey G. and I think it would be really nice if the park asked for a family wood coaster from The Gravity Group. We all know how Cornball ended up... ;)

Well, sadly this thread is "turning," but I must say one thing. Jeff is no troll. Apparently, you haven't been around much, or for that matter, very long. Jeff is the epitome of class, and has the track record, and the website to prove it. Your comments are unfounded and naive.
....oh, and I hope HW gets more wood, but things are just fine the way they are.

Please don't hold your breath about this...with The Legend, the planning started in 1998 and the coaster opened in 2000.
I don't know what we'll add for next season--but it's very safe to assume it won't be a wooden coaster.
My delight in the news about The Gravity Group is that the excellent talent and synergy of that quartet will not be lost. We were concerned they'd get hired on at four different engineering firms and would end up designing anything *but* coasters. It's great to see that they're sticking together!
...and by the way, we're up 21%... :)

I hate trolls………………..You are the perfect example of a troll Patman.
How tell to if you are a troll:
1. No knowledge to base your posts on. (ex: never have been there)
2. Only can use the words sucks or blows. (Limited vocabulary)
3. Worst comebacks know to man.
I'd say you take the cake for the "award" patman!
On a side note: Legend and Raven give two very different rides IMO. I prefer Legend to Raven, but Raven is no slouch when it comes to woodies.

yeah, from what I recall, the park (HW) was looking for something that wood appeal to "the "families"...as if Raven didn't turn out amazing enough to begin with, Jeff (Hammersly this time, LOL) just keep s trying to make it a "shorter" ride......and he's doing EXCELLENT work....:)
