As usual Jeff you're right on the mark.
Traditional and small theme parks not in a large chain - like Knoebels, Indiana Beach, Holiday World, & Silver Dollar City for example - are doing exceptionally well this year, too. I know of one mid-sized midwest park that is seeing a 21% increase at the gate this year compared to 2001, and that's without a major new ride this year. I suspect other small parks are seeing the same.

Hapag & Llyod is a shipping company that, for some reason, seems to be the most used shipping company when it comes to Roller Coaster parts. In the case of X-Flight, the company shipped only the trains, but with Millennium Force and WT, H&P shipped the track too.
Check out these pictures I took of X-Flight construction to see what these shipping containers look like: Boink.

Hapag & Llyod is the FEDEX of large International Cargo shipping companies. They are the number one international cargo shipper in the world and that is the main reason why most coaster companies outside the US use them to ship their products. They basically have a monopoly in alot of small countries and they dont have much of a choice..

They did give an approximate layout to the local zoning board, apparently. If they didn't, the newspaper wouldn't have described it and the board wouldn't have granted approval.

How many hyper/giga coasters in the world are clones? Not many, if any at all. Now Goliath and Titan are basically the same, but Titan does have an extra helix. So they do give slightly different rides. None of the Morgans are exact clones of each other, are they? Close buy no cigar once again. Arrow hasn't made any clones that I know of (I don't know if the one in Japan is a clone of one of their other hypers). All the B&M hypers are different. Togo's hypers are different as far as I know (I'm not sure how many there are, or if any in Japan are clones). That leaves Intamin. So the S:RoS at SFDL and SFA are clones, but aren't they mirror images? I'm not going to consider shuttle coasters in this topic.
So what exactly is the problem with clones of hypers? There shouldn't be any, unless you live halfway between SFA and SFDL. Otherwise the vast majority of people will not ride one of the few 'clones' of a hypercoaster. Now if every new hyper is an exact clone of an existing coaster I'll start to worry, but not yet.

Thank you ! I dont give a damn If some other park has the same coaster as my homepark as long as its a good coaster. ya its nice to have an original layot but that would cost so much more . And to all this six flags bashing you guys can go to hershey or kennywood but ill take my corperate parks screw the atmosphere give me a dozen coasters.
