SFGAm riddle

I have never been to the park but if Shockwave is anything like GASM it is the hidden gem of the park. I also agree with it being an amazing coaster to look at based on the view GASM had coming in. I personally think it will stay but to make most people hopeful has anyone ever thought demolishing the ride will start later and the new coaster will open late like in June or July. I know its odd but we've seen it before.

Also I don't really agree with all the Superman coasters because it gets rather annoying but I think that SFGM and SFGADv despite the fact that they may or may not be SUF clones that they will have the same name. I know we don't like it but I do agree with an earlier post that Superman just fita a flyer perfect.

Those are neat pics of Crazy Floorless Coaster by the way. I never saw that ride until tonight. Is it a BTDK clone?

I hope what ever it is that it is NOT a clone.... Please. Please...... Please. I like our creativity.....

Your creativity? Lets see, Shockwave and GASM af SFGADV are almost Identical, Demon is identical to Demon at PGA, Whizzer once had an identical twin at PGA, Viper is based on Coney Island Cyclone, there are 3 Deja Vu's and an identical Stunt Fall at WBMW in Spain, V2 is the same as S:UF and now the new VF coaster, Batman is the precurser of the spawn of B:TR's everywhere.

This leaves AE, RB, and IW as the creative coasters.

Wow that place just screams creativity.

-Brent (who loves SFGAM and doesn't care what coasters they have and would love to see an exact copy of S:UF at GAM. It's an amazing ride.)

All I need is 4.5 million bucks and a half a mile long sliver of land and maybe someone could build me my very own Shivering Timbers. ;)

Isn't Iron wolf Identical to Vortex at PGA?
My friend was on the high way yesterday and he said he saw a truck with red and yellow twisted track.

MagnumForce, when he means creativity, I am sure it relates to SFGAm for the most part having the first before the clones were created.

Shockwave- built before GASM and Viper

Demon- built the same year as the PGA Demon

Whizzer- built the same year as the PGA Whizzer

Deja-Vu- built the same year as SFOG and SFMM DV

Batman:TR, The first, nuff said.

The park may not look creative now but when these coasters were built, it was of a new design at the time.

Ric Flair was hitting on the female host, he told her - "Space Mountain may be the oldest ride in the park, but it has the longest line." WOOOOO!

I still don't get the anti-clone thing. If a ride is great, I say clone the hell out of it!

Without the chaindog, you'd never get up the lifthill...

Chitown I realize exactly what he meant. I even stated that B:TR is the precurser of all the B:TR's. And out of my list B:TR and Shockwave were the only ones that were first, which doesn't change a thing.

I was saying that I don't give a darn what they put in. My whole post was to point out how ridiculous all this anti clone crap is.

Like I said I love SFGAM and would love an exact copy of S:UF.

I wasnt trying to correct you MagnumForce and I do agree about all this anti-cloning crap. If the coaster delivers, bring it on.

I was just pointing out that a "first" for a coaster also applies to Deja-Vu, Demon, and Whizzer. Well I should say tied for "first" :)

Well If thats the case LOL.

But the other parks with these rides all being in warmer climes, I am sure that there versions of our same rides opened first. So they wouldn't be "tied" ;)

O.K. So we are the first "cold climate" to receive these coasters. ;)

I know, I am stretching now. lol

Bah. The Deja Vu's all opened very late anyway... :)

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.

My only problem with SFGAM is the fact that Lake Michigan is between the park and me. Ya know how fast i could get there if I didn't have to go through Chicago?

Regardless no one will belive anythign till this weekend when things can be confirmed. I have already saw enough to make me a believer.

Oh man, I was just thinking. If Marriott still owned both Great America's and built other parks from scratch, the anti-cloning enthusiass's would be in an uproar.

Marriott = Cloning of the entire park chain.

MagnumForce. Buy a freakin boat and dock at the Waukegan Harbor. :)

Im glad that we're getting a new coaster but what about the Shock Wave..............

heck ya know how long it would take me to go to Michigan City, put my boat in the water, go park my car and trailer. Go back to my boat, take the boat to Waukegan and then ride the bus to the park?

This is of course assuming I had a boat which I don't.

The only answer is of course to buy a hovercraft. Thats it. Do you know where I can buy one chitown? ;)

What you need is a Wisconsin Dell's Duck. I will see if I can hook you up. :)

Nah a duck is entirely too slow, it would take longer then taking the skyway. I would move but then I would be too far from my beloved CP.

OH THE HUMANITY!!! Damn you B and M, Damn You!
