SFGAm Deja Vu Vallies Again

It happened yesterday. I did not see it, but I saw the train halfway through the course. I did not hear about it another day so, I assumed it happened today. It vallied in between the loop and the cobra roll.

Hmm, that's the worst place to valley. They would need to close it for the day or more. Someone asked if they pull it through & it was said it's quicker to take the cars off & move them.

Maybe they should lose the loop, then it won't valley. Ok, lose the CR as well. :)

Is it possible for an Impulse to valley?

Just in time for my visit on Sunday!

I wonder if I'll ever get on this thing.

I think its impossible for an impulse to valley...

It's not an impulse, Mike-unless you are referring to something off topic?

I was just kidding. :)

On our day at SFGAm, the damn thing vallied just as I was about 10 minutes from getting on....the ODD part was that it vallied IN the station, just rolled back and forth, back and forth, through the station for about two MINUTES until the thing finally came to a complete stop.....

I waited for the testing, and for the weather, etc....got on about an hour later...one spin....wanted to get back on, but had to go "meet up".....bummer....at least I got my one....CHECK!

I'm actually pretty damn happy that it's ONLY been down like a little this year. Everytime I go it's always been open. I see Deja to be PRETTY re-liable. The coaster is pure fun.....
I know I was just there on Wednesday and Thursday and really excited to get to ride it. Okay, so they are testing it and I'm standing there watching it and it just keeps going back and forth and it's stuck. I asked and they said it would be down for a while. Well I guess I'm going to have to redrive that 8 hours again some time and hope that it's open.

Taipan, in reality, Impusles valley after every ride. The ride itself is a valley ;)

...And so many people were telling me that they fixed Deja Vu so it won't valley anymore. LOL.

This damn ride - they really need to do some sort of modification to the ride. If this think keeps crapping out I don't know if I will ever get to ride it.

How long till they attach a motor to the wheels and electrify the track to get it back to the station?

I've had amazing DV luck...one visit to SFGAm, one lap. one visit to SFoG, one lap. Next up, SFMM! I'll let everyone know when I go so you can be sure DV is running *sarcasm*.

Doesn't it seem as though morons always have the caps lock on?

Deja Vu looks like a really fun ride, every time I see it on Tv or on video it just looks great, how it falls backwards at 90degs, and ur everyones legs are just frozen from the fear. Dose falling backwards get anyones stumich here, or its not as fun as it looks?

I don't find it to be very thrilling at all, other than feeling like you're gonna fall out of your seat on the first tower...
I was there on Tuesday -- at 10:30, a sign said it would be open 12-5. (Great -- the most popular attraction open less than half the day). So, we go to get in line at about 11:45 and whaddya know, a new sign says "Deja Vu will not be open today." Nice. No attempt to test it, nothing. Just "not open".

I do not see how it can valley. The only thing I could think of is when they bring the train up the tower it must not go high as it should so the train does not have the speed and valleys or maybe something is wrong with the breaks because I believe that there is a break run between the loop and the cobra roll.

I'm sorry, but this makes me laugh. What do you get when you cross a crappy coaster building company with a crappy coaster running company? Deja Vu;) I do hope they eventually get this worked out, and I hope the line dies down a ton by then. I have gotten my rides in, and the line is so long compared to the other rides at the park, that it is barely worth waiting that long when I could rider Viper at least 4 times in the time it takes for 1 Deja Vu ride.
Taipan- (i know you were joking but-) I've seen a magnet fail on an impulse- does that count?
Every time ive gone ive gotten on it without it breaking down at all during the 2 hr wait. I guess I have pretty good luck.
