A failure in society is a failure of society.

Nothing changed so I took acouple pics but I am not gonig to post them cause there not that good just look at BMCOASTER's pics or Kantanas. I think Maybe one person should go each weekend or something so we have like weekly update deely.

22 diffrent coasters ridden this year

honestly, that would be awesome and I would be totally grateful to those that went, but I doubt that it would ever become a reality. give it a try, though. there's no harm in that.

Do any of you know how to build a sundial out of a pen and a donut?
uh oh, sounds like someone has a case of the mondays.

I will be going to the park each weekend to see the construction for myself. It's weird seeing the coaster go up since I used to work on Shockwave back in the day. So you can count on me being there for updates.

Later

I heard on this other web site that the ride will be announced on the 18th saturday.I read this so this isn't comfirmed or anything.

No Coaster Con is on the 18th. I don't know if they would announce it then, but it's possible. One things for sure- the announcement is coming soon, and when it is announced, it won't be much of a surprise...

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.

It could always "slip" out in conversation on the 18th? One can only hope.

Wood Rules!

I thought that SFGA usually announced their rides at NCC. if that's the case, then the announcment would most probably come on the 18th at NCC.

The 19th is my B-day so it would be a great early birthday present. (Personalized on purpose of course). :)

The Beast, at night, Nothing better.

SFGA Bob Why do you keep talking about Six Flags Great Adventure? Last time I checked Six Flags Great America's short name was SFGAM not SFGA.

OnDrew

Ondrew, Great adventure is Sfgadv. Great America is either Sfgam or Sfga.

And by the way does it matter? We all know that he's talking about six flags great america. So stop trying to look smart by pointing out what you think is an error.

Ondrew,

SFGAdv is not one of the parks that will be presenting at NoCoasterCon, so using that knowledge, plus also knowing from past posts here with SFGA Bob stating Great America is his "home park", I think - with 99.99999999% certainty that Bob is referring to Great America, not Great Adventure.

---Superman the ride...coming to a SF park near you soon...

you know, I'm not even going to go into which park the SFGA moniker belongs to. all I have to say is its quite simple to figure things out through context. and if the situation arrises where things aren't so clear, then either a "m" or a "d" should be, and usually are, added to the end.

as for my home park, yes it is SFGAm. now, if we could all get back to the subject at hand: Superman and the construction pics.

Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you.

I think there is construction also going on with the American Eagle. I think it is getting new wood. Does anyone know if it is going to be open for the 2003 Season?
