Also some random reprofiles are being done on the Boss, one spot where it turns out of the double-drop and into the first turnaround. And a second one on the third turnaround before the run past the station. Other than that its the normal winter rehabilitaion of stripping down all the cars (they are almost done with the second Mr. Freeze train) and replacing parts. Also to note, a Premier rides representive came by the park today, just to check up on Mr. Freeze and clear up some orders for small parts on the Ninja trains. She also had said that Premier is working on creating a new bumper for the river rapids, so that it is a lot cheaper (since the current bumpers are manufactored in Europe).
You say Screamin Eagle and The Boss are getting reprofiles -- do you mean retracking? Or are they actually making the hills (supports) different?
There's a difference, and from how you explained Screamin Eagle, it sounded like it was a simple retracking (to smooth out rough sections of track).
So is it a reprofile or retracking? :) Thanks.
Like Tyrant says they are retrackign the second hill on eagle. As of today there was no track on that hill. Also looks like they had finished the extra bracing on the double down on boss.
Another thing to note, SFSTL doesnt snow plow the park in the winter very well, so it makes drivign kind a hazerd. Also the "new" resturant, has a long way to go it looks so far as if all they have done is gutted it and done some welding.

P.S. You wouldn't think it would be very hard to find a make shift slede in the grave yard would ya?
