RCT3 demo tweaks

*steals Gonch's clock...muhahaha*
I really wish we could save our games and actually *gasp* build a park. With only being able to play here and there from sctrach, I can't get a feel for how much my computer will be able to handle once there are massive parks with tons of rides and peeps running around in the actual game. I also hope that the actual release will allow us to toggle between low - extreme because changing all of the settings by hand is annoying where you can't actually type in a figure.

Pressing the roller ball on the mouse works wonders as far as having infinite perspective in the game. It takes some getting used to, but that used along with the fly-by keys really adds to the ease of control in the game.

...and I think I've finally mastered the path building controls.

it's worked as being a demo though. Because now everyone wants the full thing to build a park!

^ Exactly!

All the complaining about wanting more just proves the demo did it's job...

...Sell the game :)

About 30 fps during daylight but then at night it drops to sub 20ish and lower. This is at 8x6 too. Kind of dissappointed. I feel like I get better performance out of Doom3 then this.

AMD 1800 Duron (1.8 Ghz), 256 MB SDDR RAM, ATI RADEON 7000 (64 MB), SOUND BLASTER 5.1 (LIVE)

I got a crappy frame rate and my motherboard is compatable up to a 2200 AMD XP processor, any tips on my stats or frame rates? *** Edited 10/4/2004 3:07:57 AM UTC by DC2Beltz3***

Here's a time-limit remover hack. I haven't tried it yet.

I wouldn't use that if I were you... when I tried to install it, I got a warning from my McAfee VirusScan that it was installing a "Back-Door Trojan" into Internet Explorer... bottom line, don't use it.

***Gotta love RAGING BULL!!!***
i made a movie of one of my rides (34 secs long... got cut off coz of the 45 minute rule lol), anyone know where i'd be able to up-it for ppl to look at?

You'll probably have to host it yourself if you can. These videos seem to suck up the bandwidth though since people are so eager to see what the game has to offer.
