Q Funding files letter from Falfas' attorney indicating he did not resign from Cedar Fair

Q Funding has filed another statement with the SEC to dispute Cedar Fair's recent filing indicating that former COO Jack Falfas resigned last summer. Q previously questioned the circumstances of his departure, and the new filing includes a letter, allegedly from Faflas' attorney, indicating he did not resign. The letter says:
"Please be informed, that Mr. Falfas denies that he has resigned, but instead states that his employment was terminated without cause.

On a side note, with nothing but compassion...you might want to shy away from the Muslim name jokes. While I know my name sounds funny, specifically to the West, and it does not bother me in the least...there are a lot that take that stuff very serious. It can be taken as parallel to racial or homophobic slurs. I don't believe this so, but some do. No need to piss off an entire race/religion if your beef is with me individually. Stick to "two-year-old" or "douche-bag", etc...stuff that we've seen.. Again, I'm pretty certain this is not your intention, but I'm not so certain you realize how over-sensative some folks can get about that stuff.
