Q Funding files letter from Falfas' attorney indicating he did not resign from Cedar Fair

Q Funding has filed another statement with the SEC to dispute Cedar Fair's recent filing indicating that former COO Jack Falfas resigned last summer. Q previously questioned the circumstances of his departure, and the new filing includes a letter, allegedly from Faflas' attorney, indicating he did not resign. The letter says:
"Please be informed, that Mr. Falfas denies that he has resigned, but instead states that his employment was terminated without cause.

Hmmm...I was only half-joking when I suggested that now that he was an outsider, Falfas could be a candidate for the CEO position...

A classic "I told ya so" moment. I've been saying this since day one. I can't wait for what the next few months will bring. I just hope Dicks near a video cam so we can see the look on his face when he hears the news "Jack's Back!" lol. A close second will be the look on the faces of DK's offspring knowing their days are numbered!

I'm a little disturbed by the typo in the letter. "It is Mr. Falfas' understanding that said entites have taken the position and Mr. Falfas has resigned his employment with said entities." Shouldn't the and be a that? Pretty significant typo for an attorney.
In any event, this confirms what I have heard privately and I think it is incumbent upon the company, or at least the Board of Directors, to address this immediately. Of course, the Chairman of the Board is the CEO that allegedly fired Mr. Falfas without cause so there does seem to be a conflict of interest here. Which, of course, is the overriding point of Q's challenge to separate the two positions.
I like Jack but I'm not convinced he is going to take the company into the new direction that I believe is required. That said, he got shafted here and I hope he gets vindicated.
I've found the writing style of Q's filings curious too, along with the typo you mentioned. It just seems awfully informal with the exclamation points, contractions, pointed questions that sound like they're lifted from an internet message board, etc. And citing a CoasterBuzz thread as evidence of unitholder concern. :)
And why is the word "that" (second paragraph) blue?

Looking at the epistles coming from Q Funding, my conclusion is that while Q Funding is a corporate entity, it functions as the corporate identity if a single individual, Geoffrey Raynor. I suspect that the non-corporate Texas-style wordplay we see in the filings is reflective of Raynor's own style, even if he didn't write it himself.
Q Funding and Cedar Fair are probably a pretty good match for each other, both companies very much driven by the personality of the head man...

In the end it really doesn't matter how Falfas left. If he was still there and was being considered for the CEO gig Q would be sending snarky letters complaining about him being an insider and CF needing new blood.
