I wouldn’t doubt that they not going to call it new for 2007. Why not, what's so wrong about it, they can use it as a marketing campaign, and make more money.

And i did the Beat, bet thing thing to see how fast you would catch on, it's funny to see you guys fix and make fun of every thing. Very funny

No idea re: color scheme...but I'd bet on a new name. No need to remind anyone that the "new" ride isn't so new after all. Only in Ohio would I even consider that to be an issue in the slightest...

If the track is green is HAS to be named Borg. Red track? Superman! Orange track? Goliath or Titan. Anyone knows that...SHEESH! ;)

Hmm.. I don't think Banshee was ever actually used.... I could see some cool theming with that. :)

As far as new paint? They'd be crazy not to since I would think logically it would be easier/cheaper to paint the pieces before they go up. New colors? I'm thinking not so much, since it would require more than just 1 or 2 coats of touch-up to get it looking nice and bright if they changed colors.

I know! paint it all black support/track/trains with bright white running rails and a skull-and-crossbones emblazoned on the front of the trains with a pirate flag waving in the breeze at the top of the lift and call it 'X-Marks-The-Spot' :)

They could paint the track cyan and if there is green bleeding through it's okay because they can theme and name it The Booger That Came From Outer Space And Landed Next To Flight Of Fear!!!

Doubt the whole Borg thing. Like everyone else has said, why would CF theme a new addition to something related to Paramount when they are in the process of distancing themselves from it?

Who said they were distancing themselves from it? Last I heard the Paramount licensing wasn't up for about 10 years and they still had to decide wether or not to buy themselves out of that contract. Where as the Nickelodeon licensing was for only a couple more years.

What do they do with Star Trek: The Experience if they don't keep the licensing? It's not anything without it.

No, no, remember that this park is now owned by Cedar Fair, meaning they don't stick randomly themed/named rides into any area of the park that they feel like (thank goodness). Remember this is going next to FOF and that a green flying coaster would fit in very well with the bureau of paranormal activity.

I agree that the paranormal themeing would go along well with that part of the park. Is it possible to get this ride open this season, or by opening day?
