ROFL....that's a picture of Mr Freeze, the coolest coaster on the planet (and a *great* launch coaster IMO).

Considering the *non-coaster* ride was a Sally interactive, they ALL sound great to me....bring it on, SDC!

gator's sig will not be operational today....we regret any inconvenience....

Yeah and we thought Wildfire was shocking. Yeah SDC has BIG PLANS! WHOO! YAY! Its nice that one of my home parks is doing something! LoL Hint Hint Six Flags ST. Louis / WOF!

"You will explode from the station aboard this coaster at a speed of nearly 50 mph to twist and turn through the Ozark Mountains aboard a high speed coaster vehicle. Just after blasting from the station, you will experience a 0 g force as you fall 200 feet to continue racing through the area on this wild ride through the woods! The water-filled finale, complete with splash, will send you plummeting 70 feet to the bottom where no one, not even observers, are immune to the wall of water that is sent up!"

Can you imagine?! Screw the wooden, I want this monster!!

ROYALS!!!

Wow, those sound like some great concepts. I wish I lived near Silver Dollar City lol.

Amen to that, CoasterBill. A Launch followed by plenty of twisting track, THEN a 200' drop into a splashdown? Incredible!

SCREAM with me... in 2003!

Hey CoasterBill I voted for the Launched Water Coaster too! Aughhh I swear i am jumping up and down right now! I can't wait! SDC PLEASE! GIVE US THE LAUNCHED COASTER!

THE SCARIEST PART OF THE RIDE IS THE LIFT HILL!

Has that ever been done? A launched water coaster? with a 200 foot drop?!

And it's SDC's own survey company, so this can't be a fake!
------------------
ROYALS!!!

Well I know there is only one launched water coaster in the world. You can find info here!

I have a feeling SDC's would kick its A$$! GO SDC! Can you imagine the theming?!

I think this means they decided on what to add for CC next year.... And I guess this also means, we'd have to wait til 2005 for this baby... please be the lauch, please be the launch, please be the launch.

I think all of these would be a very wise investment. The suspended glider idea is odd though. 200 feet vertically?? All of the coasters seem to be on the large side. They were listed as 200 feet vertically, 0 g and a 200 foot plummet, and a 150 foot suspended loopin coaster. Hopefully if its the latter they'll go back to B&M rather than a custom SLC.

In any case I gotta get to SDC and Mo.

Man I am *loving* these parks that do these surveys! That actually shows they want to build what guests *want* to ride, not what they *think* they want to ride.

I picked the inverted coaster...I am a sucker for B&M inverteds and at 150ft tall, this thing would probably be one of the better ones!

I say B&M because they have already worked with them on Wildfire and I just couldn't see SDC putting in a Vekoma SLC or an Intamin inverted.

Thanks for the link Wildfire01!

Joe, who will definitely go to SDC again when whatever they build from this survey is added, most likely 2005 (right?)

Bring back the woodie and make it a racer.
Would like to see an artist rendering of the "launched coaster ride" and the "suspended coaster with inversions".

If you read that closer, I think it means the biggest drop on the ride would be 200 feet but the drop into the splashdown is 70 feet.

I liked that interactive game/ride option, so that's the one I voted for. The others looked lame.

Lord G, I stand corrected, it does indeed say 70' splashdown. I still say whatever it does, that one would rock.

I chose the batflyer, arrowbatic tye coaster. I think it would be fun to ride through the Ozarks in a not to intense ride. I would also like to see an inverted, under where you could type the comments in I said "All are great, I'd like to see the inverted coaster as long as it isn't designed by Vekoma"
Wow! All four of those rides sound really neat. I guess the coaster arms race in MO is heating up - the question is, will WOF and SFStL follow suit? My guess is, they'll have to.

While I was dissapointed to learn no wooden coaster was part of the survey, That launched coaster sounds great!

Also, I think the Suspended flyer was a SETPOINT of which I am very AGAINST due to Capasity.

Suspended Looping? Sounds Vekoma but if they were to put in a Intamin or B&M, BRING IT ON!
