All I can say is, look at the page views! This guy is going to make me rich.
I remember the good old days of quality over quantity? :)
Are we going to let him take over every thread?

I really am sorry bout that Jason. I need to stop letting people goad me. I never meant to ruin the site for anyone else.
Seriously, LK has got to appreciate the lack of FlashPass jokes around here lately thanks to you. Maybe Gonch even enjoys a different topic to debate endlessly in circles. ;)

I find FlashPass a more interesting/fascinating topic, but there wasn't much new in the way of FlashPass debate and it was getting stale. Someone needs to develop a new angle of contention in field of virtual queue debating. :)
Unfortunately, the hotel debate petered out even quicker.

Yes we do... and we stay in hotels.
Of course you do. You would drive 7 hours to go to a theme park for a day or 2, that's just not normal.
Nope Billb. While some here love it (and make love to it), and some here can see it's faults, only a very few, myself included, are the Billb7581 of Flaspass.
So you and I are opposed on two very controversial subjects.

Never driven 7 hours to go to a park for a day or two, but thanks for playing. Better luck next time.
Hi
LOL! Someone made fun of my personal taste in music! I'm totally QQ'ing over here.
You know what the honey badger and I have in common? We just don't give a "crap".
edit: to invalidate your hotel argument further - demand creates supply, it's hard to say someone "sucks" when they sell out 20-50,000 seat venues every night of the summer. Doesn't matter who the artist is, they're doing something right for /someone/.
P.S. Clint - Prince is a total douche.
Just out of curiosity billb7581 what do you do that's so much better than going on mini vacations a few times a year??

So does Lady Gaga.. is an appeal to popularity supposed to quantify good music?
This reminds me of the old joke
Q. What one Deadhead say to the other when they ran out of weed?
A. "Wow man, this music sucks"

My thoughts exactly. It was one thing when it was about the hotel discussion, however tiresome it was becoming. But now that it's migrated into other threads and is just about slinging insults back and forth, I think it needs to stop. That's just my opinion, of course.

I have, and I don't give a flying (bleep) what billb thinks of it. I's what I love to do, and I'm willing to make that effort to do it.

So, umm...
You know the prices at Luna do seem a little high. Reminds me of a story that I like to tell sometimes...
It was my second trip to Knoebels. I was buying a wristband for, I don't really remember, about $35, and then paid for a few trips through my favorite haunted dark ride. I kind of realized that I could have gone to SFGAdv for close to the same price, if I included discount coupons.
Bring that to this topic, of how "loony" the prices at Luna seem to be. There are several other parks within a few hours drive from Luna. I haven't been to Luna yet, but I would bet that SFGAdv, SFNE, Dorney, Hershey, ect. would be a much better value for New Yorkers, even when you count the driving distance. A lot of New Yorkers don't have a car, so there is a problem.
Discuss, preferably without mentioning SF's hotel situation.

Maybe not in your (or my, for the most part) eyes, but it someone's (and in her bank account), yes. She's appealing to her audience, and she does a damn good job of it.
Plain and simple, she's got talent somewhere. Whether that talent is musical or not, in anyone's opinion is irrelevant. Her talent seems to be her high entertainment value, and relatively catchy songs. I wouldn't say that makes her "suck". To be honest, I wouldn't say that many artists or bands have gotten to where they are because they aren't good at *something*.
Telling someone that what their preference should be in music or movies is like telling someone that they're an idiot because they enjoy the taste of apples and you don't - it's personal taste, and it really shouldn't matter to you one way or the other.

So does that mean we can't make jokes like "if x could happen it already would have"? Cause those can be funny and don't have to be an invitation for bill to start up again :-). Just like any other good CBuzz joke.
If Jeff really wanted all of the Billb hotel banter to stop, it would have stopped already. :D
