The crazy vocal effects are me trying to get the space / sci-fi theme out. I have heard from a panel of friends who know more about music recording that I need to turn down the vocal effects and turn up the clean vocal tracks. It's just a demo right now. I am writing and recording all of the songs right now, then I'm going to get a live band together to record the tunes at an actual studio and perform the songs live. It's a work in progress.

Are you a musician too, Billb.? Do you have any musical compositions that you are involved with that you would like to share? ;)

I used to play bass for a SRV tribute

Before that I played guitar in various metal cover bands. Music was a hobby I never sat down and wrote anything or tried to get paid. I spent my formative years trying to play Eruption.

You got some good riffs in there... not a huge fan of the keys, but it's hard to integrate keyboards with distorted guitar and not have it come out sounding like Dragonforce.

I think you're friends are right about the voc fx. It's a little too much... maybe just something a little more subtle.

For a demo you put together yourself it sounds great though.

The whole DMB thing isn't a CBuzz meme that's a private joke between friends. Totally different. Memes are jokes the community is involved in. I doubt most people get the DMB comments between myself and Josh.

An example that makes sense would be for me to ask you if you like pancakes. That's one everyone gets. Or me asking if you've ridden M:TR.

Perhaps, I'm not a fan for the most part either. But as with most things coasterbuzz, it just seemed like you quoted something you remembered being said to prove a point and it failed. Again.

I'd like to say you're 0 for 3, but then again I haven't seen a huge number of grammatical errors in your posts. So I'll be charitable.

It's part of the TOS you agreed to to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. When you stop caring about the fundamentals of written language you fail to communicate effectively. Making a mistake is One thing. Making fun of someone because you don't care reflects poorly on you. We all have just as much of a life as you, it would seem. Oh, and smart phones.

You know, the prices at Luna and the rest of the area attractions do seem a little high. You could go to SFGAdv and add a Flashpass for the day. lol You might even have enough money left over to add a hotel stay and add a second day to visit the water park as well. ;)

I only took up bass later in life. I was doing it just to play out, I've been playing guitar for 27 years now. I have a Charvel and a Kramer. My bass is a cheapo squire precision bass that I distressed made look like Tommy Shannon's.
