Lots of new attractions at Cedar Fair parks next year...HMMMMM.

You're messing up by trying to introduce logic into the conversation. This is about the emotion of CF putting the screws to MiA.

One family member gets a Platinum pass, this covers all of the parking for the year. 4 visits and it's paid for. The rest of the family get CP passes, saving $66 each. Wanna visit MiA for a day? Tix are $30 online. Net savings, $36 per family member except for the Platinum Pass holder, and another $15.

A few comments. if you are thinking of getting a season pass just for MA...don't, I would recommend going with Platinum. The MA season pass is $90.00. I'm not sure if parking is included in that. Having the option to visit the other parks with platinum pass is a much better value. The platinum pass is $185.00 which includes admission and parking to Any Cedar Fair park.

I went to MA 3 times last summer and if I had down just those 3 things without a pass it would have cost me $102.00 for just those three days of admission, and parking. I also went to Cedar Point for 2 days, which would have cost over $100.00. Not to mention all the discounts you get as a pass holder. (Though I think they could offer better perks. like free lockers at MA)

I would not pay $90.00 for a MA pass. It might sound like a good deal to some people, but once you fingure in all the other costs, and what there is to do there. You really have to visit 4 or 5 times to get total value out of it. Or, at least feel like you have. Mainly because I don't think there would be that many people that would want to go there more than a couple times a year, so, if you just paid regular admission for going just twice, over buying the pass, you would save money. But only about $20.00 per person.

But, even though you might save money with not getting a pass. All the other costs in the park will sock your wallet. Unless you don't buy or eat anything while you are there, or get their $12.00 locker. Not, to mention paying Cedar Point prices for things that are only worth half the value.

As for the pot comments. I know plenty of people who smoke pot, and having dealt with them for years, I see how annoying they become in their stages of stupidity, and it drives me up the fricking wall. I also think giving weed to soldiers is a bad idea. Why not give them some cocaine while you are at it. Really screw them up while they have access to guns.

What I don't get is, given how much you seem to hate Michigan's Adventure and what you think Cedar Fair has done to the park, why would you go there at all?

You talk the talk (Cedar Fair doesn't treat the park right, it's too expensive, what the park does get you don't like) but you don't walk the walk (you keep going to the park).

Honestly, if I had to choose sides, I'm standing behind the army that's all coked up.

They ain't losing.
