Lots of new attractions at Cedar Fair parks next year...HMMMMM.

You need to translate it to Japanese for it to rhyme.

Or Maverick...

I'll play your rhyme game

I like the remarks

But, I still say shame on MA's Cedar fair park

I will not pay to cut in line.

I will not pay extra to all day dine.

Ma's Fast lane program's a total joke

While they charge you $12.oo for a sport mug of coke.

So go there if you're think their plans are so grand.

Pay huge bucks to play in MA's adventure land.

I'll stay home and my head will blow steam.

And you can all hate me, and my face will turn green.

But, right now I'm just laughing, at all your jokes.

Sitting in my whiteys, enjoying my coke.

I didn't do it! I swear!!

You didn't capitalize "coke"

so that means a different thing.

This doesn't rhyme at all,

but it explains stuff.

Hi

Your poem was long, but I have seen longer

Put on some pants, and stop hitting your bonger.

Timber-Rider's avatar

I have never used a bong in my life.

Pot is just wrong.

I value my life.

I didn't do it! I swear!!

Drugs are bad. Mmmkay?

Alright, I made that same joke 3 weeks ago and got nothing. Gonch does it and gets 2 vote-ups.

I'm going home, and I'm taking my ball with me.

By no means am I advocating "pot for everyone" - but medicines are in facts "drugs." The initial data has come in on medical marijuana and PTSD, and it turns out the suicide rates among soldiers suffering from PTSD was *significantly* lower in states where medical marijuana was being prescribed for the condition.

Lumping marijuana in with other Schedule 1 drugs is a gross miscarriage of justice AND medical ethics. Re: scheduling: "Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Schedule I drugs are the most dangerous drugs of all the drug schedules with potentially severe psychological or physical dependence."

MS patients, those suffering from chronic and debilitating seizures, and now PTSD. Can we agree that there IS valid medical use so the Feds can stop persecuting people?

Bakeman31092's avatar

Maybe not "pot for everyone," but how about "freedom to put whatever you want into your own body?" Drug laws are a joke, and this "medicinal purposes" dividing line only serves to further demonize recreational use. What's wrong with using pot recreationally?

I'm like T-R in that I've never smoked pot in my life, but I disagree with him that pot is just plain wrong. T-R, have you ever had a drink? Or smoked a cigarette? Or drank a soda, or eaten fast food?

I've never touched the stuff either, but I do believe that pot could be very beneficial to society if it were made legal, or at least decriminalized. Studies have shown that it kills cancerous tumors. I've seen it cure totally cure glaucoma in a family member.

And then there is the recreational use. I am against harder drugs because once people get addicted to them, they are more likely to commit crimes just to get their next fix. People who smoke pot do not seem to have that problem. Also, pot doesn't seem to be harmful like harder drugs. Who am I, or anyone else, to tell someone what they can and can't do, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone?

Context, my friend. Context.

That, or we upvote Gonch out of fear.

Either way.

It's all in his tone of voice.

It's in his kiss.

That's where it is.

I don't care where it is, or what. So long as he doesn't work from his laptop outside of working hours.

Especially at Disney.

We have skipped buying the platinum passes the last 3 years. Visiting MA has not been on our radar. We get cp pass and just head there for our destination vacations. We will be there 3 times this year. I don't see MA being worth the extra $$ for platinum pass costs. There just isn't enough there to justify a visit. I'm sure it may grow, but I live in the "now". We will take the 245 mike trek.

Blue People fly sideways when it rains...

Well, whaddaya know. Another somewhat dissatisfied MA customer.

I suppose living in the now is better than living in the past...

I guess I don't understand.......

A Platinum Pass is $186.00
A Cedar Point Pass is $120.00

3 trips X $15.00 parking is $45.00 if only one day each visit.

$120.00 + $45.00 is $165.00.

To each his own, but is MA not worth an extra $21.00? Even for one visit? If it is a destination trip what about Soak City? Not included with a CP pass. What about early entry? Also not included.

I don't know why anyone would not just get the Platinum Pass.
