Snoopy Boutique is between the ballroom arcade and Pagoda Gift Shop, and in front of Planet Snoopy and First Aid. It is across the midway from Cedar Downs and Cadillac Cars.
I am pretty sure, from what I have heard, that Earthquake used to be where Snoopy Boutique is now.
I'd love for someone who rode Earthquake to tell us what the ride was like.

I think I was 8 the last time I rode it - so it's been about 30 years.
It was a dark ride with standard plywood scenes of an earthquake disaster - presumably the famous San Francisco earthquake. The one scene that sticks with me was a arm lowering into a sewer/storm drain as if falling in. Other than that I remember nothing specific.
...
That's all I got. I may or may not be remembering correctly.
Surprisingly few photos around.
I rode it and I would like to have someone tell me what it was like. I just have no memories about it though I don't recall that we rode it very much. Maybe Pete from PB can provide some info. He seems to have a very good memory about various aspects/rides in the park from back in the day.
I noticed that too. What does "DRUGS" have to do with the San Francisco Earthquake?
Was it a lot like The Pirate Ride? Did riders roll around in powered ride vehicles, or was it an omnimover? Did the ride attempt to startle people, or was it just moving scenes? Was it dark, or brightly lit? Was there music? I wonder if anyone can answer these questions?
I've been intrigued with Earthquake for a very long time. There are not a lot of pictures or descriptions on the net. I think it's mystery fuels my interest a lot.

The Pirate Ride, the SF Earthquake, and the Tornado (which wound up at Kennywood) were standard dark rides using a more or less standard Pretzel style layout. I believe that they were all Tracy designed attractions. All three came from the defunct Freedomland. The Earthquake and Tornado used antique cars for ride vehicles, the Pirate Ride they lookek like sailing ships as I recall. They all had standard stunts and gags in them, using lighting and sound effects. I don't recall the use of an overall music theme on any of them.
I always thought it was weird they had a ride themed around a 1906 natural disaster. I believe it opened in 1960 at Freedomland USA. So does that mean in the year 2059 we'll have a Hurricane Katrina ride?
Yes, Earthquake was in the building that is now Snoopy Boutique.

Wow, looks pretty cheesy. Why do I remember it being a much cooler ride that we bugged the hell out of our parents till they let us ride? I think the "drugs" sign is supposed to represent a store that gets shaken up by the quake. I think they had scenes that made it look like there were buildings on fire. High-tech stuff like an orange light shining behind a gauze curtain blown around by a fan set in an old looking window frame. Maybe it wasn't even that ride.
Let's talk about Journey to the Center of the Earth @ Dorney. I remember that one better.
