Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.

I'd love for Top Flight to be longer, but it's really one of my favorite rides there. With Diamondback and Flight of Fear, it's what I look forward to the most.

Ooops... Fixed!

I hate the name "Flight Deck" and the secluded walk back to get to it is ridiculous, but I absolutely love the ride. It's so fast and wild. It feels so out of control to me.

You forgot to talk about the air time on the first drop.

And you forgot to stop posting.

Bazinga!

But seriously, he's right.

I spent years and years riding Iron Dragon and clunking along the track thinking that's all suspended coasters could do. So imagine my surprise when I rode Top Gun (Now Flight Deck) that it could be a smooth and quick ride with some moderate intense moments. I think that's where the love comes from.

Absolutely. In my opinion, the coaster currently known as Flight Deck is the best suspended coaster we've ever had in the U.S. And no, I'm not forgetting about Big Bad Wolf. (ducks)

I like BBW, ninja, and Draggin Iron better than Flight Deck.

Just thought I'd share this other forum, don't bother reading before post #16
http://www.sscoasters.net/forum/f21/new-kings-island-2014-roller-coaster-15629/

I didn't follow directions and read 1-15 anyway. Good lord, who are those people that post there? Some cain't spel and some don't talk good. And one claims we should all rely on Screamscape as the ultimate reliable source? :-)

Anyway, whoever posted the pic with his idea of how the station etc. footers seem to be playing out may have something there. But I don't see how it obviously points to an invert, though, and maybe I don't want to. Reading endless thought and speculation like that gives me a headache.

I know, I know, I should've followed directions.

Duh.

Winning!

An inverted coaster is the most logical choice for this particular park at this particular point of its growth. Those photos pretty much give it away, right?

I think it's because the footer pourings are parallel to each other.

No more inverts. KI has three already. That's more than enough. ;-)

3?

Flying Ace, Flight Deck, and Invertogo. ...AND Firehawk! lol He probably forgot Firehawk was there like I always do.
