So does your spelling.

After giving this some thought, I realized the question:
Which is easier for Cedar Fair to:
- convince Intamin to work harder on better restraints, car design and improved reliability for greater capacity per hour
or
- push B&M outside of their comfort zone a bit and pump out an amazing Gigacoaster with already renowned reliability, awesome car & restraint designs -- they're so comfortable that my kids actually want one of the Diamondback seats for our living room! -- so they can design a ride with more "zip"?
Reality probably is neither -- Leviathan is already an excellent ride, but my kids and I agree... Millennium Force is a better ride than Leviathan. But not by a HUGE margin.
And other interesting thought -- my kids and I have found ourselves after riding so many rides at Cedar Point, we actually crave a B&M Hyper ride at Cedar Point.
Maybe they can knock down Magnum and put B&M Hyper there?
*dodging tomatoes*
Millennium Force better than Leviathan? Blasphemy!
13 Boomerang, 9 SLC, and 8 B-TR clones
To me not one of the speed coasters I've ridden has been better than the Morgan/Arrow's and I think the seating sucks on B&M's Don't have much problem with the other types of B&M's because basically there isn't any other way to do em save a vest instead of bars.
Magnum is better than any B&M I've ridden. It's seating doesn't hurt me, and it has so many air time hills that by the end of the ride I'm just laughing. It's number 4 or 5 on my list. Number 2 for steel coasters. I love that ride.

I personally have no reservations about it.
I don't see how anyone in their right mind would.
What about all the people who had relatives killed in tragic banshee accidents? Or those who survived Banshee attacks but suffer from PTSD? Or those who once saw a Banshee on TV? What about them???
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
^^What about people with Banshees in their head, like me? Banshe is such a great name for a coaster. Heck, the logo has been done for years now.
Wait, what are Banshees?
^That's definitely a "deep cut" sort of joke. Thinking of the time I left a Creatures show out of boredom...
^^A Banshee is a mythical Irish spirit that screams and shreiks (I'm sure someone can explain it better with or without internet information). Cedar Point was going to name their new coaster Banshee back in 1997, but changed the name to Mantis (a purple, red and yellow mantis) at the last minute because they thought the Banshee name/implication was too "scary" or not family friendly enough. Shirts were produced with the name and logo. The logo is very similar to Phantom's Revenge (then Steel Phantom) at Kennywood, and later showed up on Steel Force at Dorney Park.
That's the story, anyway. I think there was more to it, and I suspect that the letter ® is probably involved.

Remember in God of War 2 when you are walking around the sandstorm and the evil spirit ladies are screaming at you? Those are banshees.
I forget if this was mentioned already, but this ties in really well with the story that KI put on the sign on the fence at the park.

It's not that the name banshee is in itself scary, it's the fact that the banshee is in Irish folklore the harbinger of death. If one hears a banshee someone close to them will die, and if one sees a banshee they themselves will die. I think the superstition surrounding the name made people think it was just courting disaster for the ride to name it Banshee. We'll see how it works out this time.
