Intamin coming to SFWoA???

I have heard from many many people that it will be called Swamp Thing and will have an enclosed queue, if it is swamp thing it better be themed. How hard is it to theme swamp thing, you just you the natural swamp thats back there.

Not saying that SFWoA won't get a Chance-Morgan hyper, but we're forgetting about Michigan Adventures. Aren't they rumored to get a hyper next year? We all know that Cedar Fair has a good realtionship with Morgan.

While that's true, I think we all have to look at what Intamin did for Cedar Fair in Millennium Force. They have to take that into consideration.

Or maybe it's just my heart longing for another Intamin hyper. Why? Well, after riding Millennium Force and SFA's Superman, versus Steel Force, I'm more of an Intamin fan. (Note: For some reason, I have a hard time calling Phantom's Revenge a "Morgan" coaster. It's too much of an oddity, since the first part isn't even Morgan track or design, and the second half is unlike any other Morgan out there.)

only the turnaround will be in the parking lot, the rest will be in the woods, like beast

Yeah, maybe you're right, but I think Michigan's Adventure is gonna wait til 2003 to get their hyper. I don't know where I remember reading that Chance-Morgan already has 2 hyper coaster projects for 2002...I'm just taking a guess SFWOA is one of them.

U guys do make a good point, this would be the first time Six Flags went with Morgan, so maybe it will be another company.

I can bet that only 1 GP person in CP for the whole day would notice/care that MF is made by Intamin, and that is the designer. Intamin Giga coaster sounds like a bunch of jumble to me as a GP.

If you wanna dis me, then go knit a seater... or somethin' like that...
i wouldnt be suprised if its an intamin that they are building. look at how many people prefer S:ROS and Nitro over MF. 200ft is a decent height and gives more room for other track elements. MF costes so much because it was big, but if SFWoA put 25million into a hyper, just imagine what the outcome would be. though i doubt they would spend that much but it could happen. they have a lot of competition with cedar point and its easy to tell that they definately plan on building something to attract a lot of people. well, lets just hope its good. all we can do is wait and see.
Lets KNOTT forget about that one berry farm in California. One of the 2 remaing Cedar Fair parks without a hyper. I think the Morgans going to them

And if its the case where the GP thinks it looks the same as Millennium Force, wouldnt they think that a Morgan would look like Magnum?I know the tracks are different, but not enough for the GP to notice...plus, the trains would also be kind of alike.

This is why my vote goes for B&M, although i want Intamin.
nice pun;) Everyone has forgotten Knott's is sort os a major park. But do you think Morgan would say, "the hyper is going to a small park" no, why would someone say that. But some people already know what Knott's is getting and are saying its Intamin, so ya never know

Most of the people I talk to who like coasters but are not coaster buffs, have no idea who makes what coaster. They wouldn't know a Vekoma versus an Intamin. I love MF (see below), and I have ridden a few different types of coasters. My question is this: will Intamin build a roller coaster within close competitive distance of another Intamin coaster? Does CP have an agreement with Intamin? I have heard from a very reliable internet coaster site that the new coaster is a Morgan-Chance. Just food for thought.

Ticket price: $39.00, Wait Time: 2 hours, ride at night on Millenium Force: Priceless
Ok, back to the original question, I was just at SFWoA yesterday, and there is no track at all in the clearing for the Casino. Sorry!

Hey guys, we need to stop acting like we are 5 and handle this like adults. A hyper is a hyper. Be thankful you are getting one. A lot of parks dont have a hyper. 200 ft or 250 ft or even higher. it dont matter. Be thankful....
And i bet u knotts will get something real big next year.
