Hydra 8-09-04, Lift hill goes vertical

Please you guys.. don't argue with Joe on this one. It only adds to his internal delight. He's right.

I have no reason to argue or disbelieve Joe, but I have to admit that my interpretation was (is?) more along the lines of what Moosh is saying than what Joe is.

Regardless of what happens before the lift, my mouth already waters at some of the photo opportunities - and the last thing I need is a couple thousand poster sized prints of Hydra around the house. :)

Does anyone have a picture of What the layout of the Ride will be?
You mean you haven't seen the layout pictures yet? Get with it man.

Down is the new up.
That was just mean man ;)

My vote goes for inline twist before the lift ...

Do you want a happy Joe or an angry Joe...(Simpsons flashback mode)...:)

wow, we got a lot of A*holes at this site. All i asked for was a lousy layout of the ride and i gotta get atitude from that... damn did you forget i was new!?
All who feel the "woe is me, I'm just the new guy, Coasterbuzz people are mean" bit is getting old raise their hand ... now

(anyone catch the reference? ... Let's Go!)

Yet another update, The lift hill is growing. A few more track pieces have been added. Anyway, We'll be covering this construction very closely. We will have the latest updates as soon as somthing else comes in. Enjoy.

Anyone notice that Hydra is sporting new B&M lift ties? They are unlike any B&M lift ties I have ever seen....

Looks great! Thanks for the updates.

Mike

Look at this picture:

What are those low to the ground footers for?

Or if those lowest ones aren't for track, what's that circular one doing there?

Hmm.....

Chattanooga needs a ITG2 Machine!

They are for supports, the size or shape of the footer means nothing, the bolt paterns tell you everything.

Rctycoon2k: Hydra's lift looks the same as Batman TDK's ...

It's just missing the stairs at this point.

Am I not seeing what you mean?

Nevermind, B:DK is the only other B&M I have seen these style ties.

Best error message ever.
Asshat - coming to an insult near you! Whoever started that was a genius, I've already got 3 of my other friends saying it =)

Major props for that error message!
