I think you should change your story to 'I got a rollback on Thunderbird.'
Quit breaking rides!
We had a great time at the Fall Affair. We didn't arrive until later afternoon, and I must admit I was a bit worried when I saw Thunderbird listed at the gate as not operating. Fortunately it all worked out and it was up and running an hour or so later.
There were tons of families in the park during the day. The lines for some of the flat rides were way longer than the coasters in many cases.
This trip I rode a few of the flat rides in the Thanksgiving section. Turkey Whirl and Mayflower are both really fun. I was skeptical about Mayflower since it is smaller than other swinging ships I have been on, but it gives a great ride. Hopefully they can find something to use the old Pilgrims Plunge building nearby.
Thunderbird is a fantastic wing coaster. The launch and the smaller trains make it much more agile than other wing coasters. I think that is a good thing. Holiday World even ran one train with the LED train lights on and one with them off.
The ERT had an emphasis on "exclusive". My friend and I took a ride on Legend where we were the only 2 on the train. The intensity of the wood coasters really goes up during night rides. Combined with the heat and humidity, I was tapping out earlier than I had hoped.
It will be interesting to see how Voyage continues to evolve. I know they did some rework on the turnaround a few years ago, and now they are running 6 car trains and heavily trimming at the mid-course. That's kind of a shame because the triple down is one of the best parts of the ride.
I too, had a great day. Thanks Jeff, Paula & Holiday World for the awesome time & generosity!
Add me to the list of peeps who had a great time. It was good to meet Jeff and other peeps.
I was also on the morning tBird ride when it broke down. Sorry everybody! But glad I got to ride it both morning and night. Voyage at nighttime was so epic.

I'm jealous about the photo tour. We were in the water park at the time, which was crazy busy.
*Sees the pic of Thunderbird's control panel*
AHHHH!!! Why didn't I do this tour?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I would have totally geeked out over that. UGh!
