Great coasters that make for tough rerides...

My candidate would be Great American Scream Machine at Great Adventure. Of course, one ride is one too many anyway.

Dueling Dragons has a shortcut for re-rides, but there are no others that I know of, or can think of at the moment.

Top Gun at PKI is a big walk. Not a coaster, but White Water Canyon is a VERY tough reride on a busy day.

Talon absolutely has the longest Exit and Entrance Que. Reriding on this coaster is a pain in the ass, but just the incredible ride it gives is worth any walk!

I would have to agree with Apollo Andy that Nitro is much worse than Talon. Granted, it would be nice if there was a shortcut gate or something at the end of Talon, but I don't think the walk-around distance is that bad.

Dueling Dragons is the best when there are no lines...I have gotten 10 rides in an hour on DD.

Medusa at SFMW is great for re-rides. There is a "re-ride entrance" so that on not busy days it will take you about 3 minutes to get back on! Wonderful! I can get about 20 rides/hour on most days.

Viper @ Sfgam has the longest exit for a woodie. And Raging Bull has a pretty lengthy queue.

Colonel, RB does have a lengthy queue, but I have been there many times where the line is empty and they have the crossover gate open

I'd have to say Mean Streak of the woodies I've been to, and while Nitro and Magnum are pretty long, I'd guess Viper at SFGAdv is worse since the exit is along the far end of that strip of land and the entrance is all the way near Rolling Thunder with no real way to cut through the que except at the entrance.
Fortunately, it sounds like Viper doesn't have much re-rideablility anyway, huh?

Id say Viper at SFGAdv and Riverside Cyclone at SFNE are the worst rerides. I think Thunderhawk at dorney has the best and they aslo have a "shortcut" in the middle of the queue.

Coaster count:32
top3 wood:Boulder Dash, Wildcat, Thunderhawk
top3 steel: Steel Force, Nitro, S:ROS@ SFNE

Mean Streak at CP is definatly the longest line for rerides. It can make the ride better because of the long journey to get there. It makes it worth while when you finally get to the ride enterance. Sometimes you can fool the ride ops by just standing up and sitting right back down if there is no one waiting.

Riding on top of the world with Cedar Point

Roar's queue at Marine World is the biggest pain in the next on the westcoast. The long trip back to the station almost out does the ride itself.

Stealth has the cheapest and worst queue in history. Giant loop over a slab of concrete under the California sun. Also, Stealth is a B+ ride, but the station failures and three hour waits are not worth the ride.

Medusa at Six Flags Mexico, did Six Flags intentionally plan to make riders hike up that hill to get to the park's star attraction?

I'd have to say Mean Streak. Though right now i'm wondering why I ever re-rode that ride.........

On Riddlers Revenge all you have to do after you exit the station is cut back by the lockers, you'll be right back at the bottom of the statirs to the station. The only time you can't do that is on very busy days, other then that there is no need to walk all the way around to the que enterence.

X has to have the worst designed que ever, for one the wait would probably be a little better if people knew where they were going. The are no signs/numbers saying Row 1,2,3, etc, everyone walks into the station and stops at the front of the train creating a huge crowd of people blocking off the rest of the rows. Then on top of that you have the lockers and the exit right next to the enterence, So people exiting the train run right past the lockers and back into the line.

It pisses you off that you could of gotten on the train 2 hours ago if you could of gotten past the wall of people blocking the line. Then what's funny is when you do finnally work your way through the crowd and go to an damn near empty row, the people get mad and say your cutting infront of them lol.
Like you idiots eveyone is not waiting for the last car of the train(which is the first car when you walk in) and can you please get outta my way b/c your blocking the rest of the train for everyone else.

Other then that if Xs station was organized re-rides wouldn't be a problem on slow days, since the exit lets you out right back at the enterence.

Freeze at SFStL. is also horrible, but when it's pretty empty, you can climb a trash can and hop the rail (Umm...I mean....walk around slowly, as per the rules).

Speaking of the Dueling Dragons shortcut, the last time I was there they had the shortcut blocked. Not only was I there on a slow day in the midle of the week but there was no one hardly in line for Dueling Dragons and we still had to walk throught the entire castle to get a re-ride. This was last year in April I think, can't remember the month right now.
That's awful Rider. Although I love the theming of that castle, it's got to be somewhere in the neighborhood of a quarter mile walk.

Ok here are the ones that I have had the most problems with....

5: American Eagle - Six Flags Great America

4: Dueling Dragons - Islands of Adventure

3: Viper - Six Flags Great America

2: The Boss - Six Flags St Louis

1: Batman: The Ride - Six Flags St Louis (must we walk through the entire damn park when there is no line? Take a cue from Batman at Great America and put a damn shortcut in there.)
