....if Cedar Point wasn't getting a coaster next year I'am sure everyone at coasterbuzz would have to chip in and by you a BIB,PACIFIER,DIAPERS because you would be crying and whining all over CB and quite frankly nobody is here to be a babysitter. SORRY BOOHOO!!
See, you've got CP fanboys all wrong. If it wasn't the beegest, tallest, fastest, makes-everybody-else-get-all-jealous-cuz-mine-is-the-bestest-and-you're-all-puny-and-scrubbyestestest, they'd still be boohooing. If you're gonna complain, get it right.
And to be quite honest I don't make SFDL my life, like you make cedar point. That makes you a loser.
You tell 'em, buddy. CP is their whole entire life. One small problem: When CP builds something really, really big and fast and record-breaking, their wasted and worthless lives get really, really good. They get to form a big circle around you and dance and say things like "Nyeah-nyeah-neener-neener" and stick out their tongue and stuff.
So what? If this superpowered monster was coming to SFDL, I'm sure we couldn't shut you up if we kicked in your door and took turns trying to choke you. And rightfully so.
It's their year. Let 'em crow. It's not even crowin' season yet.....wait until it's official and new posters come on every week IN ALL CAPS LIKE THIS SAYING CEDAR POINT RULZ SIX FLAGS SUX. Then you can get upset. It's gonna get sooooo much worse.

CEDAR POINT RULZ SIX FLAGS SUX.....
there, wow I hate yelling. Anyhow, what makes ME a "fan-man" of CP has nothing to do with bigger, taller, faster, or any of that crap. What makes ME a fan of CP...very simple - CAPACITY.....that's it, plain and simple...love riding, hate waiting....(if you don't believe it now, read my "dissertation" on capacity)....filed in response to jeremy's "1 hour = 1 hour of my time" comment....
Gator, I think you just summed it up right there. One thing no one can disagree on (Hopefully) is that CP absolutely rocks as far as capacity goes. That alone should make anyone a CP fan because it really shows, what they care about .......us!!

HW & IB, I love living in Indiana!
I have nothing against anybody on this site that is a fan of CP. That is all fine I'am glad that CP is getting a new coaster because I will be going next summmer. I had to skip going this summer because I wanted to go to SFGADV.
I'am a fan of Cp I love Cp selection of rides they do have great capacity which is great for a person like me because I'am very impatient.
I first visited Cp in 1993 and I have been a fan ever since. But my point is some CBuzzers think that this is the only park in the world! There are other parks that have great rides comparable to cedar points. That's all I got to say about that!
It's ironic that anyone would really be that interested in such a debate about what people care about on a day like this, but hey, to each his own.

Your right, Jeff. Not only does it seem stupid to argue today [or any day] but I don't need to defend myself. I've deleted my last post. Thanks for the reality check.

It's silly any day....I just thought 'nyeah-nyeah-neener-neener' was a subtle enough hint.

No offense, Jeff, but I didn't see anybody ceasing to discuss coasters last December 7th. Life goes on, and so must we.
What the hell does that have to do with anything? Are you trying to make some kind of character judgement against people who haven't moved on, or haven't fully accepted what happened? Who are you to tell anyone to move on?
I spent the better part of five months on unemployment for what happened, nearly lost my house, stressed my marriage to a near-breaking point and spent a whole lot of time being angry. Don't tell me what to do or what to think.

Or even if you didn't personally lose anyone, to have had friends from the Heights who witnessed it from across the water....to see many small fragments falling from the towers and realize those aren't glass or rock, but people with lives and families and children who love them falling to their deaths.
Friends who still can't or won't talk about it to anyone else.

I'm not making judgements against anyone. I'm just saying that we have just as much right to talk about coasters today as any other day. Believe me, I had co-workers and family in the Towers, and not all of my co-workers made it out alive. I choose to honor them by continuing to live my life without fear, and talking about one of our favorite hobbies, riding coasters, is part of my life. If you don't like MY way of dealing with it, then who are you to tell me that I'm wrong?
