I can just see it now 12 year old kid sues Viacom over scrapped broken down rollercoaster more at 11.
Six flags taken to court by Jr.High childen because Flashback doesn't run during the summer more at 5.

Now heres reality. They are huge corporations that would rip you limb from limb. Your case wouldn't even make it to trial and would be thrown out. Plus you legally can't own anything till your 18 there slick. You would also never be able to afford the insurance costs of having the rides open (maybe theres a reason they are not operating). Nore would the parks Take the cut and give away a ride.
