Cedar Point '07 Project

I'm not patronizing. Fact is Cedar Point is an excellent park in your opinion. I know plenty of people who have valid criticisms of it, just as there are those who have valid criticism of Disney and IOA. No park is perfect.
Fair enough.
lol, what has this topic come to? It's barely about CP at this point, much less the '07 Project.....;)
pyrocoasterkid - Yeah! I agree! I HATE NBA to begin with. I even hate working on their stuff! NFL...all the way baby!

Anyway...about that new coaster...I think this topic is spent. Lets just wait to see what happens! Patience is a virtue! =)

I'd rather be riding Roller Coasters....or baking.

Back to the topic at hand, it's been a long time since my last post but I've kept up well. I don't particularly see the Aquatrax coming, but it's a good thought. The 4-D, atleast the Intamin version is out of question unless they do another style layout, but the one they currently use is basically stacked on top of itself. Don't expect it to be a record breaker, but just a nice coaster that will fit in the area nicely. If you haven't seen the area, it's mighty big, but don't expect something to huge. Sorry if that bursted anyones bubble, but it's just my "speculation."

No man is an island, but I hear if you tie a bunch of dead guys together they make a pretty good raft.
Gravity Group steal coaster.
^ You shouldn't make such accusations without solid proof! ;)
Actually, they're naming it after a fairly lame Ford.
:) jk

Seems like most people who have taken pics of the track or have mentioned them are all on the point. Driving in this weekend there were several pieces of track in the field right in front of the Breakers Express right across the causeway. Thought this was an odd place for track peices to be layed out.

If you are going to speak, make sure it is an improvement on the silence
yikes! we should have volume I II III for these darn forums! geez :) hard to follow!

Cedar Point is getting rather bloated, but they make money and have folks clawing in the door to get in. They really do need a good woodie. They're running out of space (and I heard Magnum is sinking).

Ever since they dehumanized my beloved Blue Streak, I've had a sore spot for the good ole point.

I haven't been since Millie opened in '00 (and only got 2 rides, due to the masses). I'm gonna go next year, I'd much rather spend my free time and money at places like Indiana Beach, Holiday World, etc.

There my 2 sense!

oh, and mamoosh is cuter in person ;)

Thanks! ;)

Hmmmm...maybe I should get to Chicago soon...?

Thats what it is instead of breaking a record they will let Gravity Group build their first Steel Coaster. Unless they already have one I don't know about. They are the kings of woodies Imamine what they could do with steel.

Um, Tony? You do realize there is Intamin track on-site for a few weeks now, right? ;)

The first coaster to be built facing Mecca?

;)

I was hoping we were all wrong thanks Moosh. I Love Intamin but I have been wanting to see what Gravity Group would do if they jumped ship to the steel. Keep doing woodies but try a couple Steel Coasters too. Oh Well I'm sure it will be a great ride anyways.

Wow I'm tired I can't believe I spelled that wrong haha. Anyways Thanks for the help guys. *** Edited 6/6/2006 3:12:30 PM UTC by TonyBlackjack***
