The coasters that alter the position of your body seem to have limited popularity in the long run/big picture. I mean, how many standups do you see being built now?

<cough> floorless </cough> ;)

A half pipe coaster over the rhine would be awesome. A huge one!! HAHA

Thanks,

After riding Steel Dragon at Waldameer, those things could be useful to ANY park....man that was fun...and not prohibitively expensive to build...

Also, unlike the Reverchons, it wouldn't run the risk of being viewed as "just like Wilde Maus only with spinny cars"..;)

I think it would be best if they could use a floorless coaster and a wooden coaster. That's just my opinion. Because I think they need to fill up BGW a little bit more. Because ya know they could compete with Tampa if they can fill up the park with a couple more attractions.
Why the hell would they want to compete with their sister park?

Because the locals were tired of deiciding between BGW and PKD.....geez Peabody, pay attention will ya! ;)
Now I'm lost!;)

Kyle Says: Diamondback was a lot of fun! Made his first time at Kings Island worth it all!

I can't believe the stupidity that has invaded Coasterbuzz lately.

I feel REALLY smart lately :) .

Any local with a right mind would choose PKD over BGW any day of the week! Heck of alot more to do at PKD and you will actually leave the park happy and wanting to come back for more the next day!
Is the apocalypse coming!?;)

Quantity does NOT equal quality. PKD may have more rides but BGW offers a more satisfying experience. Each park's annual attendence also shows that people prefer BGW.

Has YoungStud heeded my advice? He's progressing along on his sentence structure, spelling, and grammar!

Three cheers for Youngstud!:)

Now if he'd just get a clue he'd be on the right track! *** Edited 6/8/2005 4:40:53 AM UTC by Peabody***

This could stand to be repeated. I too am in shock at just how smart I feel reading some of these new threads...

The only reason that BGW may have a slightly higher attendance each year is because BGW is open more days than PKD. About a good 2-3 weeks, always in early May. Any way, you can do everything at BGW in a couple of hours and leave and head to the beach for some real fun, but with PKD, you need at least 2 full days to enjoy the entire park!
Or maybe, just maybe an awful lotta people don't give a crap about coasters as much as you do. Quite the thought, isn't it?

Wow! It takes you 2 full days to enjoy Kings Dominion and only one to do BGW? Sounds like from operations stand point BGW is better since you are able to get into the park and ride all of the rides in a couple of hours. However, operations at PKD must really suck bad if it takes you 2 full days to cover the park.

A day at the park is what you make it!

Way to many haters in this chat! Seems like I'm the only 1 who realizes the truth about anything around here! Some of you might understand one day!

Ironic post of the day? ;)
What gator said!!!

And let me add that I only see one hater in this thread. And they are hating on one of the most beloved/respected parks in the world.

I am glad to be stuck in fantasy land because I don't like the truth ;-)

No further explanation needed. I'm hopelessly lost.
