Busch Gardens Williamsburg Future?

Funny Stuff, DJ!

Actually, dex, I felt the same about Batman & WotW after seeing and loving Madagascar. "Will they live up to the hype and be as good as this?" I'm taking the same aproach for FF, hoping I get Batmaned and Wared all over again.

I've seen Madagascar and enjoyed it, and am anxious to see WotW, but I have heard that the ending of BB leaves something to be desired. Can you two confirm if this is true or not w/o spoilers?

I got the same feeling from Napoleon Dynamite that I first got from Adventure Express after that lift: where's the rest of the ride (plot of the movie)? But after watching NP I found myself quoting it constantly and now love it. And for some reason I keep going back to AE, despite hating the anti-climatic end. Proof of Proverbs 26:11 I suppose (yes, I'm gonna make you look it up :) ).

BGW could really use a few new flats....

Other than that, it's good to know I'm not the ONLY one who sees Dakota Fanning and is transported back in time to when Drew Barrymore was that talented at that age...

edit: Apologies for forgetting to add my girl Jodi Foster...it's OK, she knows I love her... ;) LOL!

DJ, I thought the ending was very good, and will lead into either another Batman movie, or even the first Batman movie by Tim Burton nicely. Either way, I think the movie was incredible.
I won't spoil the ending or story of BB here, but their are TWO big things that stick out in my head that cause it not being the greatest superhero movie of all time.

First off, If I had a Baterang somehow attached to a moving train, and the train had supports all the way around it, don't you think that my line would get caught around one of those supports? How would it be possible for our hero to hang from the moving train?

Secondly, does anyone know how much of our body contains water? If their was a machine that microwaved all water near it, wouldn't people be nuked as well?

...

A lot of people have told me that they didn't like the ending of WoW. I liked it because the story was about how an earth family reacts to an alien invasion, and not how earth defends itself from the invasion. Cruise was still a hero just by protecting his daughter, and I don't believe the story would have been any better if he had been the sole hero destroying the aliens and saving the earth.

It reminded me a lot of "Signs".

...

I loved Drew Barrymore as a kid, and it seems to me that she has kept that cute little girl image and when I see her act, I am reminded of that little girl. I hope Dakota keeps acting throughout her adulthood like Drew, without all of the problems of course.

Besides Drew and Dakota, the only other kid actors I have really liked was Haley Joel Osmont (especially in Sixth Sense and A.I.), and for some reason Eli Wood.

What are we discussing here?? Movies or the topic? To me I'd like to stick with the topic and talk about this some other time. We might have to wait until 2008-2009 before BGW next big attraction!!!
Darn! Almost got by without being caught....

lol...what they were talking about was WAY more relevant than anything you talked about!

Real Cbuzz quote of the day - "The classes i take in collage are so mor adcanced then u could imagen. Dont talk about my emglihs" - Adamforce
Shut up, Jaychillaicemanwhatever. It's rude to interrupt adults when they are talking.

I can't wait for 2008 or 2009, because I am sure that a new Spiderman movie will be out by then.

Who do you guys think will be the next villans in the next spiderman movie? Church and that kid from "That 70's Show" will be playing the villans. Personally, I'd like to see Venom and Carnage. Church could be the crazy murderer guy (I forget his name right now) who becomes Carnage, and the 70's Show guy could be Eddie Brock. Sounds good to me.

But what about GG2 or Hobgoblin? What the hecks up with that little Green Goblin scene in SM2?

I never, ever thought that I would see a better super hero movie after I saw Spider Man 2, but Batman Begins proved me wrong. Than again, maybe I need to see SM2 again for comparison.

We're talking about movies here, and since the majority is talking movies, we don't care if you think we should stick to the topic at hand.

I just hope that the next batman film will go the way of the most of the Marvel films that have made sequels. Spidy 2 was better than the first, and I loved the first. X2 was far better than the first, and agin, I liked the first. As long as F4 is as good as Spidy 1, X1, and Daredevil, I'll be happy. That just means F4due will be even better ;).

Speaking of movies...

Just IMAGINE what kind of attractions will be at InvyLand come 2008-09...

*Whac-A-Troll
*Sally interactive "Troll hunt" based (loosely) on Lake Compounce's Ghost Hunt
*ThunderLooper
*IMAX theatre starring all our favorite pancake-eaters...
*LoCoSuMo clone (just for the "interactivity", LOL)

BGW will be lucky just to keep up! ;)

LOL, don't forget a good old fashioned wooden trollercoaster Bill ;)
