So is that minimum operating temperature for B&M's a real thing?

If so, might take a while to get things going on Thursday morning.

I know Dollywood shuts all of their coasters down depending on the suggested temp from the mfg. I've been in December when rides opened and vlosed based on a few degrees raising or lowering.

I've been at KI on closing weekends in the past, where temperatures were so cold, they never opened vortex or face/off for he day, so I'm thinking it's real.

^Yeah, that low is really near that point isnt it. I had to go searching through my stuff for the few pieces of clothing I had that were solid colors and had no label on them. Hoping I can get by with just some under armor under my long sleeve shirt, but we will see.

The delay will mean I actually eat breakfast before getting my first rides in. It shouldnt take too long for the temps to start rising though, 66 by 2pm.

You've found a much more generous forecast than I have.

Yeah, I only found a forecast with a high of 65. 66 is pretty generous :)

Yeah. It's gonna be cold to start. I wonder if B&M policies allow for torching the wheels like I've seen them do on Millennium Force on occasion.

The Weather Channel forecast has not changed much from the 10 day prediction last week. They are now saying sunny skies with 0% chance of rain with a high of 65 and a low of 43. What I did not realize until looking at the hourly forecast is that 44 is the low for tomorrow (Thursday) night. The low for tonight is only 35 with temperatures in the 30's through 8 am.

Is everyone planning on being there at 5:30? I'd prefer to roll in around 6:30 or 7:00 but since they're escorting us back I'm not sure if we're expected to be there early.

I don't think so. I'm planning to get there as early as I can, but I'm not sure if I'll make 5:30 or not. At worst, I would expect a short delay until they escort another group.

I kinda expect there to be plenty of people coming and going.
