Congrats Pete and Heather! :)

Rev Cliff ROCKS! We hung out for a day at Knott's during the Con and had a BLAST....

bill, on the back of Legend for one "Heck" of a wedding...;)

Last year, a couple got married on the Boomerang at Elitch's.

Dave Dragon, go Dave Dragon, and the Star Force Five!

They must have been head over heels for each other... ;)

Ha! I kill me...Hey, I'll be here all week. Make sure you tip the waitresses!

Will they get divorced on Mind Eraser? ;)
If you mean the one at SFA they are better off staying married.

Moosh....if it happened on Mind Eraser, then THAT would qualify as an *annulment*...

bill, hates following George on stage....:)

Hi Heather,

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I read the article posted and I think it's such a unique and cute idea! I'll be arriving at Knoebels on Saturday morning around 10:00 for a coaster event, so hopefully I'll be around to see the wedding!

My boss has a suggestion for a song to have the wedding party enter to - how about "By the Time I Get to Phoenix" by Glen Campbell??

Let me know what you think, and good luck!

I would rule out "By the time I get to Phoenix"... check out some of the lyrics

By the time I get to Phoenix
She'll be risin'
She'll find the note I left hangin'
On her door
She'll laugh, when she reads the part
That says I'm leavin'
'Cause I've left that girl
So many times before

Chances are it would be the Muzak version playing, so the lyrics really wouldn't matter.
ooops! I guess that song isn't so appropriate after all! My boss said that it was a nice song, but I've never heard it before, so just following his suggestion!

Oh well...thanks for the input!

I like Elvis' "A little less conversation". Then again... there is a reason my wife picked all the wedding songs.
How about the "here comes the bride" song played on the Carousel band organ?
Ill look for that here comes the bride by the carosel band organ...by the time I get to Pheonix is a great idea hahahhaa too bad its about leaving someone.....hahaha

Rev. Herring is quite a trip and I we are vcery fond of him. He is such a great person and will throw out a good laugh. we met with him for lunch at TGI Fridays a few months back.be sure to get to talk with him...hes great. We will be going to an event with him to dorney park in june I think. Im not sure of the date Pete takes care of all the coaster trip planning. I just attend.

A coaster event at knoebels this sat?? I didn't realize that there was one fill me in please.
Sorry but your a little late Heather! Me too BTW :( It would have been well worth the $13.50

The only thing I could guess the tour would be of would be the Haunted Mansion. I can't see the park walking a group around the tiny catwalks of the Phoenix or Twister.

You had to be registerd by the 13th. There is no on site (Late) registration either. :(

Had we known.. We could have had to ERT sessions on the Phoenix. ;) Opening day is the perfect time to go to Knoebels.

As long as the weather forcast holds up we'll all be in for a good day. I am hoping they are actually correct, and it will just be cloudy all day. A day like today would be fine.

I am looking forward to meeting the many buzzers that will be there in attendance.

A honeymoon without coasters? What's the point? ;)
Heather,

Any luck with a song yet? I can't seem to come up with anything else!

Where are you two going on your honeymoon? Any place with coasters? haha

not too sure about the honeymoon yet..im pulling for Cancun..pete wants to go to Cali to Ride X. I thought about a compromise and say maybe we'll go to vegas then drive to LA to ride X. If it were up to Pete we would just go on a coaster trip around the world. There is one thing though, Pete will not ride a new coaster with out his son. Unfortunately I want a honeymoon with out the kids. Maybe I am selfish? But i guess if we can't take the kids then we should opt for Cancun.

No song yet. I guess I better get on the ball huh?
