Are we still talking about Mean Streak?
Since the coaster isn't opening till 2018 there's plenty of time to talk about it.

This seems like a good time to remind people that the park is closed, and wandering in there to photograph what's going on is in fact trespassing. Don't do it.

RMC confirms at IAAPA that no new projects will open for 2017!
Use a drone if you plan to get pics of the construction so you are not breaking park rules!

Per the Cedar Point FAQ: "All drones ... Are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Cedar Point ... Regardless of its point of operation."

From my 20+ years as an enthusiast, I know it's ridiculously silly to believe a park or manufacturer saying they will or won't be doing something. Many tricks and fast-ones have been pulled by the likes of Paula, Jeff Seibert, etc.
Frankly, I don't particularly care or have any inclination when it will open. But I have seen crazier things done than retrofit Mean Streak by the opening day of 2017.

Devil's Advocate only works when there's an arguement to be made ;-).
