I've heard High Speed Thril Coaster at Knoebels fits the definition perfectly.

For me personally, the Kiddie Coaster at Williams Grove. It is fun, kind of intense for a kiddie ride, and has an extreme begining, utilizing what I call a CIM system (Chain Induction Motor).

Wildcat at Cedar Point -- looks tiny and unimpressive, not to mention the slow-moving line, but WOW! It packs a lot of airtime and lateral-Gs into a great ride.

Roadrunner Express at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom was a surprisingly good ride, as well as the Wildcat at Cedar Point.
