From the wail of the Banshee blog:
"...unlike other roller coasters, the top speed isn’t reached until halfway through the ride’s course... the total elevation change is 208 feet from the highest point at the top of the lift hill to the lowest point, which is the bottom of the batwing between loops four and five."
It also says 3 trains and 1,650 riders per hour (with no MCBR).
Oh, I get it now, the Banshee killed Son of Beast. Clever tie-in.: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0prGGzKtAA&feature=c4-overview&list=UUS7Zasb3rlhaYVR_x50AdeA

I hope that other parks will get the second generation inverts. Holiday World, Kennywood, and a few others could use one. B&M is now officially kicking Intamin's butt, now.
B&M has been since after around 2000 when I feel, Intamin ride designs went to hell. I miss the days of Expedition GeForce, Millennium Force, the SROS's, etc... Today, they just make a bunch of poorly engineered Maverick-type hypercoasters... I know the park asks for them, but I really miss their 2000 designs... Nothing they made recently interests me at all, especially the modern designs like I305 and Skyrush...
B&M has always been solid... I think every year they deliver strong installations. But then again, I am not a g-force fanboy and prefer better ride experiences overall... So rides like Silver Bullet I find fantastic, as well as Great Bear, Leviathan, Manta, Talon, etc... Many of the so-called "forceless" rides.
