I take it "Brainwasher" is British for Mind Eraser?

Brainwashed is when you have been told something eg "black is white" so many times you actually believe it, and when the legend John Wardley says it will marmalise your mind, he obviously knows something we don't. The barrel roll may be the worlds first, but I'm looking forward to the 5 mind altering "key elements".....

Sorry I didn't get back sooner to respond to your joke gator. For all the inuendo that the Six Flags parks have with the SLC's named Mind Eraser, this ride seems to be the real deal. Five inversions and just over 2,000 feet of track is amateur night compared to this loop-de-loop extravaganza.

The title is kinda vague, and it doesn't state if the ride has to be one on a coaster that is just opening in 2013 or one that has already opened years ago. So I'm going to say either El Toro or Skyrush if they fix the restraints. Derpaderrr...

Opening in 2013

BTW, I actually going to attempt to get on the first gatekeeper train. I'll do it with my platinum pass!

Pretty sure the first Gatekeeper train will be an auction, Tyler. That's often been the case for these big openings recently.

I doubt they'll have the first rider auction before media day.

Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!

Oh yeah, I realize that. I'm just talking about the first train that the average Joe (or Tyler) can get on, even paying a premium auction price , and even as a SP holder.

Make sure you wear your bright yellow "SINGLE RIDER" shirt, and your red polka dot welding cap. Also, practice your sprints - it's the only way.

The sprints is definitely something I'm practicing. When I was younger, I ran cross country for my school, and we won our conference. So i have running experience.

I have experience in running to coasters. One time, at kings island, this employee put me in charge of holding the rope. I guess one guy was late to work or something. Anyways, he told me to drop the rope after the national anthem. I did, than took off. As I was half way to fire-hawk, i realized NO ONE was following me. Than i listed to the PA system and realized that since it was 4th of july weekend, snoopy had to do an extremely long ten count down to open the park. That would be followed by one or two fireworks. I just kept running and got to fire hawk, (a flying coaster) first and got the front seat. I was just sitting there for 5 minutes, though, waiting for all the other runners to get there. I just smiled at them sitting in my restraint and they looked stunned that someone was already there in the front seat that they thought they earned.

Man, I hate it when I get the sprints at a park.

For some reason I am hearing the theme from Chariots of Fire in my head with images of Clark Griswold running toward Fire Hawk (a flying coaster) being disappointed to see Tyler in the front row already.

Tyler -- Did you encounter anyone later that day with a bb gun by chance?

Um let me think...

No.

I did, however, encounter a real tornado heading through the park though. It was a minor tornado, but we had to go for shelter in the park for an hour.
