I said it in the original thread that announced this, I will say it again.

I could not think of better coaster news right now. Even SFGAm getting a B&M flyer wouldn't be as good of news as this. YESSSSSSSSSS!

Just in time for Christmas.

Can't wait, as I've been pretty bored with the original for a while now.

Yes! A new version to be highly addicted to for a few months. I'd like to know what changes they made to the roller coaster editor to give you more control, as the lack of control was my main complaint about the original. I don't know how I'm gonna be able to resist buying this, despite the fact that I'm a poor college student.

Having a scenario editor effectively removes the need to cheat. Very nice. Being able to create and distribute scenarios changes things big time, and no doubt will extend the life of the game by another three years!

Hopefully a more freeform coaster editor is in the future. The one they have now basically confines you to coasters with 90 degree angles. Diagnols were possible but very limiting. Also I hope they include shuttles that can back through the station so that you can create impulse coasters and even the infamous Shwarzkopf shuttles. I like the scenario editor idea. I also think making the game more extensible than it already is will contribute to the games success. Look at highly extensible games like the Sims and the other Sims games that owe much of their success to being able to share files for just about anything in the game.

A tuned ride creation tool?

Between this and Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee, Infogrames is my favorite game company. =)

Aww, and I haven't finished the LL scenarios yet :(

Screw 'em :)

"with more types of roller coasters and rides being just the beginning"

Anyone else thinking 4d, B&M Flyer, faster lifts on flumes, and railroad trains that can cross at path level? :)
