In College?

Pre-medicine at Ohio State. I work at Cedar Point starting weekends in May and then full-time in June!

Ya'll are making me feel sooooooooo old! lol I'm 28 and already graduated with a microbiology degree from the University of Florida. I'm working on getting into Baylor to start in on their MBA program. God, I miss Florida!

I am a Junior at Johnson State College in VT studying Hospitality and Tourism Management. I work at an amusement park in the summer and I hope to use my degree towards a career in the industry.

I go to CSU Chico (Party Chico!) and am majoring in Graphic Design...exciting, huh? :) I'm a junior, but I'm on the five-year plan so I have two more years in this place.

Hey cool 07285748, I am also a 4th year architecture student at The University at Buffalo, graduating this year.

Alright, another Gator. I felt like the only one. I'm a Freshman at the University of Florida. My major is Civil Engineering and this summer I'm working the Space Spiral-Giant Wheel-Schwabinchen triangle at Cedar Point. I'm processing in 11 days from now.

Anyone wish they had a Roller Coaster Engineering program somewhere????

Umm, which U of Ill, there are like three of them. I graduated from UIUC (UC = Urbana-Champaign) in the spring of 1999. Actually, I'm going back there on Friday for an Alumni banquet.

Oh and Montumba (great name), you're crazy for having that double major (crazy in a good way ;)). I wish you all the best of luck. I'll pray for you.

yeah, i'm at UIUC, though I actually am from the city of chicago. I just figured that when most people think of U of I they would think of the basketball and football team at UIUC. The only other real U of I is at UIC (chicago)

By the looks of it, there are more gay coasterbuzzers than there are college coasterbuzzers (though i guess some of them could be both). I am guessing that since most college kids are low on cash that not a whole lot of them are into traveling to amusement parks. Then again i am a huge coaster fan and almost have no money. U have to be creative I guess.

I was a big coaster fan before college. I would just only go to parks once a year (usually to SFGAm, I'm from chi too...actually IN the city). Just cause you cant get there doesnt decrease the desire.

You bet. I'm short on cash as well, but I try my best to go to coasters. When we went to Texas during Spring break, we spent one night sleeping in the middle of a parking lot at UT-San Antonio. We wanted to crash in the woods next to SFFT, but we couldn't find anywhere close to ditch the car. Part of the fun of taking a coaster trip is coming up with crazy ways to save money. :)

at university in Australia, work at Wonderland Sydney. This (australian) summer (US winter) looking at going to work in a US themepark. I would like to work in a park with decent rollercoasters etc such as SFMM, Knotts, or PGA, I believe Disney World florida, has an international program, but I'm not sure if the other parks employ seasonal workers during winter.

I'm a sophomore at the University of Dayton. I am majoring in Civil Engineering and minoring in Mechanical. I am on the Best, I mean Beast Crew at King's Island!!
