What else is their? Columbus Zoo? Camden?
Strickers I don't believe have the means or money to buy and move it in quick manner and even then would take em three years to put it back up.
Chuck, whos curious and will find out who the Eagle party is but doesn't wanna interfear either
As far as Camden I can't really see them getting the Eagle (although that would be my DREAM!) but I wouldn't be surprised if they are interested in some of the flats for sale.
They could easily move it over to PKI but that would never happen. It doesn't hurt to dream, though. ;-)

BUT(!), what if the "local interest since 2000" is Mr. Couch himself?
A few staple attractions are NOT listed:
Flying Scooters - Giant Slide - Sky Ride - Boats
HMMMMMMMMMMM! Veeeeeeeeery Interesting!

Words circulating that the sky ride is either already sold or staying, Possibly the Giant slide as well.
There is a ride called Tub's of Fun on there that Im not sure what it is, could be scooters. Could already be sold but the structure to the flyers was still there as of two months ago.
The Pirate swinging ship is the best swinging ship I've ridden next to PKI's and is a mid sized modle that has good capasity. MAYFLOWER ANYONE? it was totally rehabbed in 2002 and ran awesome.
The WHip while not running at speed in 2002 was the second best whip I've ever ridden only to Camdens, Kennywoods, Knoebels, Dorneys don't even come close in intensity but they painted the floor and it was slow in 2002. My guess is to cover rust shen it should have been sanded. Some paint thinner and a mop could fix the HERSHEY PROBLEM.
Word is that no reasonable offer is being refused. I told ya before that if this was his plan, Things would move very fast. he wants campers NEXT SPRING!
It would be FANTASTIC if the group looking at the Eagle happened to be the Columbus Zoo, but sadly I suspect it isn't even on their radar.
I wonder if the interested party could be either ITPS, or (possibly more likely) the Robinson group. Both of those companies are based in Cincinnati, and both of those companies represent multiple parks. I think William H. Robinson might be a likely "interested party" as a representative of one of the parks they do advertising for (Indiana Beach, Lake Winnie, and a couple of others), particularly since Americana was once a client. Oh, and I can think of one more person. His name escapes me at the moment, but he was trying very very hard to buy the park when the Coney Island people sold it, but lost out to Couch. But he is also in the Cincinnati area.

Honestly almost the whole lineup would be nice but they just spent 13 million.
Ten Tub flyer? Tilt? expanded kiddy section or sections? Carousel?
HW park is to me what Dorney park was before they comercialized it. Charming and fun instead of barren and bland with some big thrills thrown in, HW is keeping it's charms.
