I don't get it. I first visited the park in '91 when I had just graduated high school. I absolutely loved it. And keep in mind, this was before Apollo's Chariot, Alpengeist, Drachen Fire, and even Wild Maus (formerly Wild Izzy). Plus, it was
after Die Wildkatze and Glissade were removed. So, this means that Loch Ness and Big Bad Wolf were the only coasters there.
Plus plus, I've never been a huge flat ride fan (although I miss some of the since-removed rides they had in the Italy section).
PLUS plus plus, PKD has been my beloved home park since I was 5, and I enjoyed BGW more. PLUS (to the 3rd power), I enjoyed it so much I returned the following year, not even having a clue that Drachen Fire had been built in the offseason. The first time I'd ever heard of a new coaster that year was when I saw it towering above the trees across the park while climbing Nessie's lift. That was a pleasant surprise, let me tell ya.
Anyway, I'm rambling. Point I'm trying to make is, the park is friggin' fantastic.
Especially because it is devoid of young shirtless studs who find it boring. *** Edited 6/9/2005 5:33:14 PM UTC by Vater***
