Actually Dannerman & Rathergoodbear, my cousin is a female but no problem you didn't know.

I already had my plans made out and just waiting for the date and then my wife and I had lunch with my parents on Saturday and they told me and I said "so sorry if I am gone on the 21st".

Then my mom tried laying a guilt trip saying whats more important, your cousin's graduation party or riding roller coasters, hmm tough choice there let me tell you, hehe.

...resolves from now on to use only gender-neutral terms. Will refer to all people as "it" or "that...thing."

The date is now officially May 21. Sorry if that's not going to work out for you, but like I said, no date will be right for everyone. More details to follow.

I for one much perfer this date. It makes it more possible to squeeze it in with Beast Buzz. Not that I'm definitly going, but I think I'll definitly try, since I had plans to do Dorney, Hershey, Gadv in May anyhow.

Now if only they'd have built Turbulence...

Throwing off the June Trip buy doing BeastBuzz earlier than last year (when I anticipated beginning a two week trek) and landing this one the week before I anticipated going out that way.

Some conspiracy to make it as hard as possible for Gonch to show? ;)

I see no reason right now that I can't make both. Should be fun!

Since both are far enough apart, I'm planning on both. If not, I'll more than likely do this one, since I can do PKI easily during the summer.

Seriously, I should be able to do both. I'm just cool enough to switch stuff up to be there. ;)

I still want to check out Kingda Ka and Tsunami. Then my daughter needs to be back to school on Monday. On top of that if this Coaster Celebration thing lands on the 22nd, then SFGAdv will probably be overrun with enthusiast types and that's a scene I want to avoid. (no offense to anyone, but the reason I hit up the CB events is because I have virtual conversation with so many of you that it's cool - but when the only connection is an interest in roller coasters, I'll pass.)

Right now it looks like we'll head out for a hotel near GAdv Saturday night after the CB event, hitting up Six Flags early, bailing after lunch/early afternoon and stopping by Clementon for a few hours on the way home.

(And that 1pm rule I was warning you about for BeastBuzz 2004 won't apply this year. I'll be traveling family-style rather than with the ladies ;) Plus, I don't have the sick hair anymore so I'm less volatile.)

Thats great The 21st had my vote too. Hopefully that event will get worked out for Gr8 Adv. That would be a good coaster weekend.

I'll have to miss Dorney, since I'm doing the single parent thing that weekend, but I'll be planning on BeastBuzz, perhaps with the family unit in tow...

Thanks for the info Jeff, that makes it easier to book flights ($169 round trip from Omaha to Philly) not too shabby if you ask me.

By May, they should have most of the luggage cleared out of Philly International.
