Possible Dorney Park event date

I know it's not possible to satisfy everyone with an event date, but generally speaking, how does May 21, strike you?

As long as you keep it in May, I can be there. :)

Any chance of the 28th? The three day weekend would be really cool for those extra trips to SFGAdv, Clementon, Knoebels, etc.

It could be, though tickets would cost slightly more (not an issue for season pass holders) because the water park will be open by then.

Which might actually be a selling point. Anyone else have a thought on that? 5/28?

Either or would work for me. I think the 28th would bring more people since it is a holiday weekend. But then again more people that aren't there for the event which could mean longer waits for Talon and Hydra during regular operational hours. I will be validating my season pass that day if it is either of these dates since it is probably the first time I will be able to "do Dorney" (cheap ad quote). *** Edited 1/11/2005 8:12:52 PM UTC by dragonoffrost***

Watch the tram car please....
5/21 works for me.

I would prefer the 28th as well.

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.

Are Hershey and GAdv open the weekend of the 21st? I realize less people might be able to come, but the ones that do will have shorter lines (relatively) if it's the 21st, especially since you know more than a few will be taking the jaunt over to GAdv to give Ka a try (if it's open by then).

If it was the 21st, I'm a definite, but the 28th is only an "if I got extra cash" thing.

... because I know the planning all depends on me ;)

I'm with Gonch, that would be nice to have it over the weekend of the 28th to hit more parks but either date works (would rather go with 28th, cost not important to me anyways).

According to the website Hershey will be open, SFGad has no hours as of yet.

I'll be at Dorney Memorial Day weekend getting my pass...

Great Adventure is normally open in April.
21st doesn't work for me---I'm Single Parent that weekend.

SFGAdv's opening date is March 25...my vote is for the 21st (for the cost reasons, if there is a difference)...but it seems as though my vote is losing ;)

Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger

Both dates are fine.

Hmm, an event in my area...might need to rejoin...

Grrr... Now I wish my friend would lock up his trip date so I can see if I could attend. I'd say the 28th, if I had to pick now though.
Either works fine for me.
The 28th would be a winner for me considering I live in Illinios and will be at Dorney that weekend on vacation!

Speaking in a very tenative fashion, both dates look good for me.

Both dates work for me.

Then again, I'll probably be there both weekends anyway.;)

I think I would perfer the 28th myself. When is the tentative date for Beast Buzz, Jeff? If they're too close together, I may have to choose which one...
