The only thing better than Millennium Force is Millennium Force at night.

TTD at Cedar Point - because it actually runs every now and then at night.

Alpengeist is incredible at night. In the day it was great, but at night it amazed me.

Big Bad Wolf however becomes a completely different beast at night. The eerie howl of the wolf before the first lift is a nice touch, and flying through the german village is insane, not to mention the final drop.

I haven't done tons of night-rides, but I found that the Beast is much, much better at night and MF is also even better than in the daytime. Also Dragon Khan at Port Aventura is pretty good at night.

Wildfire, mainly because the chance to ride this ride at night is so rare. Only about one month of the year is this possible, and in that month, it is only dark for about 2 hours. It has very little lighting, which makes it even better.

I agree, the Ozark Wildcat's chaser lights are a great touch to that work of art.

I'm surprised that 3r1c didn't mention the lights in the windows of the Bavarian village on Big Bad Wolf. They make an already very-well-themed ride awesome. Also, if memory serves, if you are sitting in the correct seat, as you come off the lift hill, the lights play tricks on the eyes. I distinctly remember not being able to see the shadow of the tracks on the first building, which made it look like there was no room for the train there. It aged me three years on the spot.

Well above all, Grizzly @ PKD. I went up to PKD 3 times last week all at about 9-9:30 PM just for the chance to get nightrides on my belovved grizzly. The coaster is sometimes so slow, but at night there is no stopping her. If all the rides on Griz were at night it would be my #2.

Also, of course Boulderdash, because there are some places that it just gets sooooooooooooo dark. And I did get 3 front seat rerides after the park closed, so that was Icing on the cake. I still can feel the glorious cold mountain air hitting my face when you shap off the turnaround and hit the bunnies along the lakeside. Coaster nirvana.

And of course, the Beast brakes or not is quite a different ride by night. Just the whole nothingness of being that far away from everything.

I hate it when "cooaster enthusiasts" put down coasters. Why can't we just have fun on all of them?

I agree with a lot of the previous posts...Phantom's Revenge, Lightning Racer, and Big Bad Wolf rock at night. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to ride The Beast at night and I'm determined to get back to PKI soon to hit it up in the dark.

Touchdown

Best Ride at night: The Beast, the thing is just sick, the crew is usually jacked, the crowd is also usually jacked and I have had the distinct pleasure of riding this puppy at night with no trims. This ride has no equal, peroid, man I wish I could go to PKI this summer.

Most Improved Ride at night: The Big Bad Wolf. The ride is cool during the day, but this ride kicks it to the extreme once the night roles in. The only lights on the track are those in the buildings that allmost hit the track.

Also Recieveing entries: LNM, Big Thunder @ WDW, Any Hersheypark coaster, Alpie, MF, Magnum (second best ride at night), Raptor, Yankee Cannonball, and Im sure there is more I just cant remember them.

Top Gun at PKI is pretty wicked! So are Vortex and Beast (hitting the apex of the lift as the grand finally of the fireworks are going of is awesome). Orient Express was fun before the illumination of the loops, and removal of some of the trees. X is pretty cool. Revolution is great.

The BEST is Superman: Ultimate Flight at SFGAm... by day, you really don't get the sense of speed, but by night, when you can't even see the track ahead of you and you're zooming over the lit que lines, it's amazing!

Wow, I was just about to say that!
I would have to say Ghostrider, it's really cool at night with those lights along the rails.
