You know, the layout is "XLC" is more than rocket with its simplicity. Maybe S&S can finally have a good time with the concept.

No XLC unless that first turn is much more gradual. XLCs go over the top to quickly for it to dive like TTD, unless it is called The Decapitator.

Unless were looking at the layout backwards...

Can those XLC even twist that much or do they have a limited track scope. I thought at one time S&S really wanted to add to the track type, but then I've also heard that those coasters have pretty much reached their limits on uniqueness.

Quit Copying off of me, thepinkdoomofmonkeys!!!;)

I am 100% certain that Hershey is getting a coaster next year, and that is my story. I actually wouldn't be suprised for anything.

How, exactly, does a 195 foot height rule out a flyer?

a Flyers is way out due to the fact that its 70ft taller than the tallest flyers out there today. Hershey did do Roller Soaker and that was a first which means this could be something new. I highly doubt a Flyers at 195. New reports its a Huss flat ride fitted on a B&M floorless. Also a Tivoli dragon coaster the highest of its time has been mentionsed.

Well, Moosh, so much for "put up or shut up" - I think you should have said "put out or sell out" -

Actually, it's going to be a new conveyor belt to deliver chocolate candy bars to the shops and stalls in the park. It's going to be 195' tall with no inversions. Sorry to disappoint everyone. It's going to be manufactured by the Caterpillar industrial excavating equipment company (you know, the people who make back hoes and so forth). But it will travel at 70 mph.

The competition was from TOGO but they thought Caterpillar would deliver a smoother ride and get the candy bars all there in one piece. Nobody wants to buy broken candy bars.

Crashmando,

Roller Soaker was a first what...Setpoint at HP? It certainly wasn't the first Setpoint Swing Thing with water (or whatever the hell they are calling it). Super Saturator at Carowinds opened up two years before it.

I guess I'd add my two cents now and say I think it will be a rocket coaster but *wish* it was a B&M hyper. And I have no sources or insider info on this so it's just a guess, which goes against Moosh's original demand, er I mean request. :)

"a Flyers is way out due to the fact that its 70ft taller than the tallest flyers out there today."

That's not a valid argument. Just because it's taller doesn't mean it can't or won't be done. If such were the case we wouldn't have Magnum, Millie, SOB, or Dragster.

Give up its not a flyer! Wait not its the new flying buffalo ride at hershey park. When Buffalo fly Hershey park will get a 195 B&M flyers. Cause there is no way Vekoma is building one that big!

Dude, chill. I never said it was a flyer. I have no idea what it's going to be. But your argument that "it can't be a flyer because it's 70 feet taller than the other flyers" is still invalid.
