Wacky Worlds - 50 new ride types!

Separating the train types for the coasters was a complete cop out by Sawyer. There was no justifiable reason for it. It made the game less user freindly too. Example you could no longer change you mind and change a coaster from stand up to floorless without designing the whole track again. Personally I think he did it ,not only so he could claim he had added more coaster types, but also to block out trainers. He seems to put more effort in that than creating new elements for the game.

To prove there was no good reason for it. If you remember RCT 1 had the wooden trains separated by track(twister or non twister) he combined these in RCT 2 so there was no reason to separate the B&M trains

I don't mind how he split them up. I just don't like how they mislead us in their advertising of "new coasters".

You know what would be nice a Midway Tycoon. That would be so great because then all of us flat ride fans could be happy. And what would be even better is if Chris just added all the midway rides we are familiar with to RCT2. That would be awsome but I am doubtful if it would ever really happen.

I would love more flat rides too. My top would be......Tilt-A-Whirl, The Spider, Double Ferris Wheel, Giant Ferris Wheel, Ring Of Fire, The Flying Bobs, The Hymala ( howver you spell it ), The Orbiter, The Zipper.

I seriously doubt it if any of these will ever be entered into the tycoon world.

Back when Roller Coasters Tycoon 2 came out, I told the people complaining about the lack of flat rides to be patient. RCT2 contains the same foundation that RCT had before its expansion packs, only it's much more advanced ride-wise. The expansion packs to follow will make RCT2 the most comprehensive amusement game even more so. From the scenery to the rides in the park, RCT2 will only get better with time and more additions.

Maybe he will add the smooth transitional Zero G/ Barrel Roll like in the floorless/Standups/ and Sitdowns
